I been coming here a little after Victoria bought the place. Just got to say that I can’t AND won’t go anywhere else this is my girl. She and Steven they do a very great job. I had such bad luck before coming to them, my nails were always lifting in a week always had a problem with misshaping nails. Not any more I have no complaints, always in love with her job. I leave the salon happy as can’t be. Let’s not talk about their hospitality they are great. Treat the customers like family. My nails stay intact until I go for my next refill. I got to say Victoria spoil the heck out of me. I love them all from them to all the workers they greet me with hellos and ask me about my family they are just fantastic. If yall have not gone here,take my word and visit you would not REGRET IT. They are GREAT FANTASTIC PEOPLE. Also they have great and affordable prices. ????????????
I've been coming here now for about 4-5 months and I can tell you that I LOVE IT HERE! I bring Victoria crazy ideas and pictures of what I want done and she does NOT disappoint EVER! I recently went to her to get my bridesmaid nails done for a wedding I was attending and I couldn't fully make up my mind but she led me the right direction and created a masterpiece! As soon as I walked in , the staff was friendly and their place is clean and neat decorations and smells great in here . My child was with me and they do nails so good I was able to get it done even with a child and he was patient and understanding and did my nails really good . I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back every week ❤️
Been coming for well over 5 years since I moved to wpb this is the best salon in the area!!! Victoria and Steven are amazing!!!!!! Never a complaint from me and I’m sooo picky with my nails but never bat an eye once here, I could actually relax and let them do their beautiful work.. most importantly they treat you like family, always asking about the family ! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! A one stop shop for all your needs!! If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I actually would 100 out of 100!!
This is my first review so obviously the service I received warrants a review. I received mail service yesterday, I called for an appointment, they did not ask for my name, which is fine, I arrived at my appointment time, I waited about 10 mins, which I was okay with. I asked for dipping powder sns on my nails, the entire process took 27 mins and if you saw my nails you would understand why….I believe the owner did my nails, she was the one answering the phones, taking payments from clients that needed to cash out….so this is 27 mins with multiple interruptions.
It’s hasn’t been 24 hrs since I’ve had my nails done and it looks like I need a fill, the powder was not applied to the base of my nails, there is color on the sides of my fingers, she did not bother to clean it up.
She was polite but it was very rushed and it showed…this was my first time at the salon and I definitely will not be back nor recommend it to anyone. And it’s was 42 dollars(and I had the nerve to tip) with no designs and on my nails, overpriced for the sloppy service I received.
I had another obligation after my nail appointment and I’m not confrontational so I let it slide but I feel as if others should know the service you might receive. The pic I added does not do it any justice.
First time coming, they kept saying I look like another one of their regular clients which I thought was very unprofessional, watch out for this strategy. I just got a regular nail set with basic designs the designs were not accurate and sloppy. I asked for Nexgen with my natural short nails, no acrylic and a black French toes with no polish. they only washed one foot as my big toe nail on the other foot fell off(unrelated). They did 9 toes total although they were insisting I get acrylic on my toe without a toe nail, I was firm on my answer, no means no. Only one foot was washed. The total was $108… “$45” for pedicure and “$65” for nails. This is ridiculous, it is exorbitant. Do no recommend, save your time and money.

It was a full house when I visited this salon on a Thursday evening after work. It's very clean and cute. The wait was pretty long but it was well worth it. The owners were very nice and accommodating and apologetic about my having to wait so long. The technicians were really nice and my pedicure and manicure with dip powder was everything I expected. I think I have found my nail salon in West Palm.
Victoria and her staff are amazing! I refuse to go anywhere else! Stephen always does my nails exactly how I like them and will duplicate any design or look I show him. Victoria kills it on my eyebrows as well! Best nail salon I have ever been to! They just remodeled as well and its gorgeous. They treat you like family and now all my friends and family are coming here as well!
