I like the fact that it was quick but now I’m seen the consequences of rushing thru a job. Not even a week and my nail completely chipped trying to get something from inside my bag. The manicure was ok. I don’t know if I would go back again.
Excellent customer service! I was in town for a wedding and needed an "emergency" redo of my nails after another salon butchered the job. Adrian was able to do my nails immediately and they were perfect, just in time for the wedding. I appreciate his attention to detail and even gave me recommendations for salons in my area of NY! Definitely recommend!
I do not usually write many reviews but Jenny’s has the hands down best pedicure in the area. I had Maria for my pedicure. She took her time and paid very close got out a stubborn ingrown that other places ignored. She also did a great massage during the pedicure with plenty of lotion. Jenny nails also does a neck massage when they bring you to the drier which other salons often skip out on. Worth every penny! 15/10 HIGHLY recommend Jenny’s for pedicures especially Maria!!!
Really awesome salon, had the best gel manicure and most incredible pedicure with massage and great exfoliation treatment. They take care here and are really affordable. The owner is so nice as well. Highly recommend!
First time here and I loved the entire experience. Jenny was extremely nice and really took her time. Very clean environment and fairly priced. I will be coming back!
My first time there was last week. Very cute gel manicure, but the only problem is my husband and all my friends keep asking why my hands are so bruised and cut up.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews unless I’m having a very bad situation ( I try not to be a Karen lol ), but my fingers are so inflamed it’s actually causing my autoimmune disease to flare, so I had to leave a review just in case someone else can’t really have rough manicures like that.
However, the lady who did my pedicure (different lady) was very nice and we had a great chat. That was a normal and not so painful experience. When I got home I noticed the polish was smudged on the sides of my toes, but no big deal really. The bruised fingers are the main call out for me!
They asked me for $100 for nails I had done for $45 in other places. I have never seen such a disgraceful place. If you want to get ripped off, come to this place.
I was able to get an appointment right away and had a great experience with service and timeliness. My only compliant (and definitely not one of the establishment) would be the three young women who were in the salon with me -- the one young woman was extremely rude and dismissive toward the staff. Kudos to the staff for maintaining professionalism!! I feel uncomfortable listening to how they were being treated by someone very entitled who was also trying to underpay for the service on top of hey rudeness.
