I think the place changed owner. Instead of Herbert, a nice lady called Natasha cut my hair. It seemed like the first time that she was doing that (did not know how to put on an apron). The result is not great, but given the premises, I would have expected worse. An additional point to mention is that she is speaking Flemish and just a bit of English (so if you don't speak Flemish, it is very difficult to communicate)

Hebert is a fantastic, skilled hairdresser! He knows exactly what will suit your hair, your face etc. Would recommend him to anyone.
I booked a treatment via treatwell more than one week in advance. Two hours before the appointment, the hairdresser called me to cancel the appointment as they do not longer provide the booked treatment.
I am really wondering what the salon did during lockdown. There would have been enough time to update their treatments. Further, they could have checked the booking on the day of my booking.
Since I trusted in the appointment, I of course did not make another appointment with another hairdresser who offers the desired service. I know have to wait another two weeks for any appointment at another hairdresser.
