I will for ever be grateful to the team. Had a frightful event happen to me. Didn’t know where else to go. As i walked in the reception room i collapsed and lost control of my body. The team shot in to action. I believe they saved my life. Thanks to everyone involved. Feeling much better today.
Took ages for them to answer their phone to get appointment time then when we went their they didn't even look at the problem properly an just diagnosed it. Felt so rushed
Useless service, don't answer phones, wrong diagnosis after seeing a proper doctor. Most doctors are foreign with broken English. Useless.
Am absolutely appalled at the way my daughter in law was treated this morning... she needed immediate attention and assistance with a severely injured arm, and got rudely told that "we are not a walk in centre... go home and come back after 5pm... " We are new to the area, and just wanted some advice and assistance.... I'm disgusted at the way in which she was spoken to.... not good enough!! So rude!!! She deserved respect just like any other patient...
Absolutely Hopeless. Wait for ages to get the phone answered. Then they MAKE you see a nurse. THEN you are booked to see a doctor. Wasting valuable time and keeping you in pain for even more time than if you had only seen the doctor. Double handling of patients is just wrong on so many points especially the delayed care of the patient. As a long term patient (dragged back in covid against my will) I have to wait months for an appointment. Not enough Doctors. Uncaring phone staff make this in general a nightmare place to visit. 1 star because it will not let post minus stars
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and atrocious phone service from Liz Lane, have someone calling about a serious inquiry and without even seeing the patient she is denying it. Even when asked if the patient could have an appointment with a doctor she had the audacity to try and say “not only is a waste of the patients time but also the doctors” show some respect to the people trying to talk to a real doctor in person instead of hearing some lady over a phone who obviously hasn’t been trained well enough to be taking calls.
Son needed to see a doctor he is four they refused to see him ended up waiting 8 hours in emergency room all he needed was antibiotics to fix his problem.but was left so long almost needed an operation. They are rude not helpful whatsoever when they have a doctor taking casuals as can't get a doctor here at all they fill up so quick it's not.just them it's the entire health system in levin that is a complete failure
During COVID lockdown I received a registration form for my daughter with a letter stating that I needed to complete the form if I wanted her to stay registered. I complete the form but was not allowed to physically drop the form off due to COVID restrictions so I posted it. Then a month later I receive another registration form for my daughter. When I contacted the practice they told me that they had not received the first one - once again I was told I could not bring the form to the practice due to COVID so I posted it again. Then I heard nothing from them so I assumed they received the form. I now try and book my daughter in for an appointment and they say that she is not Registered and will not register her as they are not taking patients. She has been with this practice since she was 4 year old. None of the practices in Levin are registering new patients
