She is a very knowledgable hair stylist who is willing to help you figure out which look/style would best fit you. Everyone there is super friendly and make you comfortable. The actual haircut, perm, and shampooing process went by so quickly and Luna obviously took great care in every step of the way. She also answered all of my questions about the perm process and how to care for my hair afterwards.
