When visiting the store, we were watched the entire time, by an older female worker. As we shopped, she asked us if we were almost done yet, rushing us, and then proceeded to tell us five minutes later that she needed to take the items that we had to the front register. I’ve been to the store multiple times and I’ve never had to give a worker items for them to take to the register while shopping. As an African American women this made the entire shopping experience very uncomfortable, and I will not be spending my money there again.
I’m not easily offended at all but the lady working today was so extremely rude it was almost unbelievable. She looks at me and says oooh what’s wrong with your legs ???
(I’m very heavily tattooed) as if that’s not rude enough she then says ewwww your arms too ???
Even besides this there are very little items and everything is super overpriced.
Overall a terrible experience
I'm visiting here from another state so therefore I didn't have many options to go to for my hair care products. This place gouges you! What I normally pay approximately $4 four ended up costing me 6.99! Because I don't know my way around and I'm trying to stay as close to my hotel as possible there are very limited options. But I'm very disappointed at how they almost double the price. I'm here for another two weeks if I need something related to my hair, i definitely won't be going here. So disappointed ???? it also doesn't help that the prices aren't on the boxes.
Love this place ! The owner she's amazing , quality is pn point , prices are always fair & definitely the owner knows what she's doing no where else in the valley in my opinion can anywhere else compete with customer service, & price !:)
Didn't have what I was looking for but lady was helpful in trying to find it.
This is a nice little spot for many of your hair essitenals. My only problem with this place is there is not prices on everything and I feel that depending on who is buying something depends on the price. I felt that because I was walking around picking up many things that when I started asking about pricing the cashier was just saying something to see if I would buy it because when they went to ring me up they were still guess on pricing. So how about put prcing on everything in the store that way no one will feel your trying to get the one up on them if the price is printed on the unit. other than that nice store .
I went in for braiding hair and they had a very small selection. The hair they did have sounded like a lot less then what comes in packs I have brought from other stores. It was also hard to find at night. Thr store is also very unorganized. I definitely won't be going back.
When I questioned a price on the receipt, I was told the price marked $4.99, was supposed to be 7.99, he would not give me that cash back, or accept a return.
Selling things for prices higher than marked is ILLEGAL.
He waited til after we paid, to say no, even tho I showed him and mentioned it being marked down before being rung up.
Bad business practices. Will not come back.
Would discourage anyone else from coming here.
