This is the outcome…I told the tech the shape was off. She said it wasn’t. I told her half of my nails looked like they needed a fill in. She said the looked good. She proceeded to polish these rocky roads that looked worse when they were supposed to match my toes. The sides of some have acrylic separating walking out of the salon. Mrs Kim was nice and concerned about the customer being pleased. I appreciated her time and would only ever return for her pedicure and chat.

See picture! DO NOT GO HERE! I saw the OWNER. She destroyed my nails, and there is no question or arguing based on the photo below. She used the electric file on my bare nails until they were paper thin. That is my bright red nail bed you can see perfectly through what is left of my nail after visiting this place. I asked her multiple times to please ease up on the electric file and told her it burned… she would ease up and then go hard again.

She also cut me 3 times and kept pulling out her glue to make my skin stop bleeding. This was after seeing me at 5:35 pm for a 5 pm appointment. They don’t have prices listed anywhere, so she quoted me $50 and then charged me $60 (before tip). I was in pain and in such a hurry to leave that I didn’t paid and didn’t even care at that point. I should have walked out mid “manicure”, I didn’t, and now my nails paid the price. It literally hurts if anything even knocks my nails right now because they are so thin and my nail beds are sensitive. I’m taking vitamins and having to stop getting my nails done for ~6 months to undo the damage that this owner did. Try Everly, Nails Today or really anywhere else.

QT nails immediately treats you like family as they are a family oriented/ran business. They are precise, timely and very professional. Not to mention their salon is extremely CLEAN. So important these days!! I recommend QT to everyone looking for a great, relaxing time at a salon.

To sum it up, Everyone is super friendly, it’s always a relaxing & fun time(yes! I said fun!) and the work is absolutely outstanding!

I have been going to Q T Nails for awhile now and love it! They do a great job on my pedicures. I unfortunately get ingrown toenails and they have been the only place that does a great job taking care of these. I get instant relief. It is a laid back environment and we always enjoy their sense of humor. We always leave with a smile and a laugh. I would highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job for my wedding I came in at last minute on a Saturday and they worked on my hands and feet at the same time I was super please

Went to This salon today the lady that did my nails did not have good customer services she was trying to charge me 65$ for a basic set and I was told 30$ at first when she started filling my nails she cut ALL of my fingers in the process and I told her they looked shorts after applying the fake nail and she just looked at me Rudely and also the nails weren’t applied correctly then proceeded to put a top coat on my fingers and they immediately started burning really bad I had to get up and go wash my fingers off and told her I couldn’t let her finish my nails and walked out .* but the guy that worked there was kind and told me I could get a discount if I came back and apologized and told me he was going talk to her about her services .
