Shockingly delicious food w excellent service. I had the chicken with cream sauce and side of celeriac mash and green beans: all were excellent.
The staff are warm and welcoming. Food arrived quickly.

Super slow service, food took over 45 minutes to arrive only to be wrong. Beer is nice and cold (finally found cold beer in Europe). Food taste is okay. Fries were good, croquettes were supposed to be with shrimp but it was fish. They said the menu is wrong.
Just fine food and convenient for travel efficiency. Tonight on 2/25/2024, the service was out of bound. It took 2.5 hours to get a dinner for 3, one main course, 1 dessert. The manager of this restaurant should get fired. I did not care the kitchen was overwhelmed, just plan accordingly with the correct amount of staff. But of course, they don't care, do they!
Food was good en the service was quick and friendly. So I don’t understand all the negative comments. We both had a main course and dessert and we shared a starter. With drinks it was €84,- so that is quite cheap especially if you consider the location. Would definitely eat here again when staying in the Sheraton Brussel.
Late dinner (10pm) and the service was prompt and helpful with suggestions. We had the salmon and a Wok bowl with added chicken. Food was FABULOUS. We are foodies and were so surprised to have such great food at an airport hotel restaurant.
"Pizza Texas BBQ" was a total disaster. Too much cheese, soggy under-cooked "forcasia" dough. The pulled pork, the size of a slice of pepperoni sausage, was only on 4 of the 8 slices. Your better off eating in the airport.
Honestly, one of the worst food for the price. We had the Tatar steak and the Salmon. Tatar steak has no flavor and Meowmix would probably taste better. And a 5 five years old would be able to do the cooking of the salmon. Quite deceiving for the reknown of the hotel.
Pictured is the 21€ vegan “main”. I think the photo speaks for itself. The calories/euro of this meal are pathetically low. Also, we waited with dirty plates on the table for a long time while the servers were just walking around aimlessly. I would not eat here again.
