I love coming here. Everyone is so nice, and they do a great job on nails, and it don't take a long time. The prices are reasonable and consistent as well. Overall great nail salon!
I’m absolutely DISAPPOINTED in the lack of service rendered, especially paying $50.00 as we all work very hard for our money. Why is it that nail shops ARENT held accountable for their employees that don’t render the appropriate and having a satisfied customer. For some reason this doesn’t exist in there world (nail shops) I believe, just like any service if the customer isn’t satisfied, there should be some form of compensation.
I would never go here again. They told me that my 8 yr old son couldn't come in while my daughter got her nails done for her birthday because they have to do a head count. With a child that is going to be sitting there minding his business on his phone ? I asked so my son can't sit here? Where is he supposed to go if he can't be in here , this is MY SON. she apologized and told me to take him somewhere and come back. I will never recommend their services to anyone, that was not the first incident with them though, it was like the 2nd.
I normally get my nails done here because the are more decent then other places. However since Covid, the place looks a little bit more run down. The pedicure bowl wasn't wash or sanitinized before they directed me to the spot. The nail technician's tools didn't look sanitary. Plus she clip my toes in two spots that were sensitive and still procceed to keep clipping when I shook my foot a few times to indicate that it hurts. Overall, she cleaned up my foot pretty well but my 2 big toes are sore from her clipping too deep into my nail hence the reason for 3. Thank God I didn't bleed.
If you can pick anywhere else to go get mani pedi, I would. Even in desperate situation ( like breaking a nail) I still would pick anywhere BUT here. . If I was able to give a 0 I would. They didn’t mention on the phone that you can’t bring anyone due to Covid restrictions. Yet they had no Covid precautions set up or wearing masks. (Covid isn’t an excuse for poor performance in 2023) They weren’t friendly at all when entering then during the fill. Just bad costumer service in general.
My advice. Just don’t go here no matter what the circumstances are.
My nails and the color I had was not done right the paint job was horrible! I went in to change the color and was charged 30 dollars just to change the color! I did not receive a massage or nothing just a color change for 30 dollars! I enjoyed coming here but I won’t be back!
This place is terrible. I got a full set done there and the technician was so aggressive with the filing even after I told her several times that she was hurting me. They don’t listen to your concerns and ignore you when your trying to direct them about how you want your nails done. My nails ended up falling off and I contracted a bacteria because the technician filed so hard she created a hole between my mail bed and my mail. When I contacted them to let them know they took no accountability and told me that it’s supposed to happen and that it’s normal. They were very rude to me and they made no attempts to even try and resolve the bad service they provided me. Be aware of this place.
I highly recommend this nails salon, they are amazing , today was my first day doing my nails at this salon and it came out very neat and I love it so much. The Technician was Lynn. She did a amazing job. Will be coming back again.
