2. Lack of solution for pain: One customer expressed disappointment that a solution was not offered when they pointed out that the braids were too tight. Providing solutions and addressing customer concerns is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Unpleasant customer experience: One comment mentions an unpleasant attitude from a stylist, which can negatively affect the salon's reputation. Having friendly and welcoming stylists is important for creating a positive environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, GRACY AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING has strengths in terms of good communication, skilled braiding techniques, efficient service, reasonable pricing, and positive recommendations. However, there are weaknesses related to tight braiding causing pain and discomfort, a lack of solution for customer concerns, and the presence of an unpleasant attitude. These weaknesses should be addressed to ensure improved customer satisfaction and the success of the salon.

Best KBFKR Reviews

I recently got my hair braided here and I can honestly say I am very pleased. She listened to what I wanted and she was nice and respectful. This was my first time getting my hair braided in a shop and she is now my go to person when I need something else. S/N she do braid tight but the braids are amazing.
I love my hair so much, I’ve been getting so many compliments! & it’s only been a few days. My braids are nice tight & neat. HIGHLY recommended THANK YOU GRACY’S I will be back!
I love coming to this shop????! I always leave happy and satisfied the ladies here are great and I would highly recommend service here!! They get u in and out
I was new to the Hammond area and I was traveling all the way to Illinois to get me and my daughter hair done. I soon became uninterested in the person doing my hair so I googled braid shops near me and Gracy’s was the first on the list!! I took my daughter to get tribal braids done first, and not only was the price reasonable but the service was even better!! The braids were neat and straight. Needless to say I was hooked and booked two weeks later!! They are Amazing!! Definitely recommended!!
Yesterday morning my original braid appointment was canceled at the last minute I googled hair braiding shops near me and Gracie popped up. I called and they had an opening available ????????. The ladies were very attentive respectful and I wasn’t there all night. On top of that I love my hair. They definitely got them a new client
Not a cheerful attitude at all. If you don't like what you are doing; stop doing it and do something else with your time. You can't be greedy and lazy at the same time. Stay your azz at home. You are making business look really bad sis!
I called because I was waiting at another shop and was in a bad jam. The owner told me to come on and got right in the chair. I couldn't get the original style I wanted so I got box braids. I never had 2 people in my head at 1 time so I did not realize the pain I was in until they were almost done. The braids were absolutely gorgeous and they braid to the end. They even braided it longer than I asked for which was shocking and good. However, the pain was worse than anything I have experienced in my life. I even pointed out to the lady how my scalp looked waxy and irritated. She sprayed some braid relief stuff and said sorry you should have said we were braiding too tight. Well when a person have 2 people braiding at the same time it is hard for the brain to process both stimulus at the same time. I left with anticipation of it loosening up soon. Got it done on a Tuesday and was taking around the clock ibuprofen but my head was unbearable ????. So Friday I started taking it down. I literally had blood and scabs from the braids. This was unacceptable ???? and a waste of 220 dollars. My scalp is so irritated you can't even touch it the next day. If I would have kept them in I would have really had major breakage. Great looking braids but the PAIN WAS NOT WORTH IT. The braider knows it was too tight herself once I pointed it out to her which I felt then she should have offered a solution. But hey everyone is about getting your money and not the whole customer experience. I would never recommend them unless they learn to braid not as tight. It is a misconception that braids need to be tight to last. They will last as long as your hair type allow it last.
PEOPLE BE BEWARE AND READ THE REVIEWS ITS A TREND GOING ON AND THE OWNER PLEASE LEARN FROM THESE MISTAKES AND CORRECT THEM. If so I would HAPPILY GO BACK!!!
About a week ago I got some waist length single braids. The braids came out beautiful .. but the amount of PAIN I’ve experienced from the tightness has been unbearable. I get braids often, but I decided to give this braiding shop a try considering I just moved out here. After the service was completed, it almost hurt to blink .. no exaggeration. I figured the pain would wear off.. but It’s going on day 5 and I have scabs and what feels like cuts in my head from the tightness. It has been hard to sleep, let alone move my braids. On a scale from 1-10.. the pain is a 8. I have oiled my scalp, applied shea butter, anything u can think of. The pain is HORRIBLE. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this situation. Again, my braids are beautiful.. but the pain is not worth it. I will not be returning to this braiding shop to get braids.
