I stopped by on a Saturday for a haircut. The barber told me they were booked, but set an appointment for Sunday morning. I was on time and the doors were locked, parking lot empty. I waited fifteen minutes, then phoned. I left a voicemail stating what happened and requesting a call back so I could get my hair cut. I never heard from anyone. Rotten customer service.
UPDATE: The shop's response (below) suggests that I got the wrong shop. NOPE. The barber was having a smoke in the parking lot and intercepted me on the way in, explaining that they were booked for the rest of the day. He asked me what time I wanted to come in "tomorrow," stating that they opened at 9a. I agreed to 9a. If the place is closed on Sundays, that probably explains the screw-up...the barber probably wasn't thinking about it being Saturday. And YES, I know how to leave a voicemail. I DID leave a VM and no one ever contacted me. One of us screwed this up, and it wasn't me.
First time in and I can't speak for all the barbers but dude that did my hair... Straight up Forrest Gump Fade. My hair won't comb and is growing back all jacked up. I looked in the mirror and was just like it's ok not what I'm use to but I can work it. Once I showered and actually tried to comb it I realized how bad it was. My wife told me go to Lids buy a hat and don't ever waste our money there again.
They had free back to school cuts for the kids on Sunday from 9-2. They still took their time with all 3 of my boys and gave them great cuts for school. Would definitely recommend them. ????

Best barbershop experience I've ever had. Yes they take their time and it's no 15min cut which personally I love. QUALITY over QUANTITY! I walked in looking homeless and came out looking like Travis Kelce. I got lucky walking in but typically they go by appointment so book your appointment and get you one of the best cuts in the valley. I will definitely be back!

Best barber shop in town! Marvin is my husband barber and he always does an amazing job. The whole staff is phenomenal! They always are so friendly and they make sure you leave with a hair cut that you love.
