I usually dont get my nails or feet done but I decided to treat myself. I don't wear fake nails so I didn't get any. I went in to get the basics (nails and feet cleaned, scraped, trimmed or whatever). I got gel polish on both feet and nails. I added the $5 deluxe warm towel treatment and I got my eyebrows waxed for $12.
The prices on their wall said "spa manicure and pedicure $60", that's what I thought I was getting so I was very surprised when she said $121.
I am confused on why the total bill was $121. Can someone explain?
Other than the high prices the people there was extremely kind.
I wont be going back there because of the $121 dollars. I can stay at home and paint my own nails.
I did not tip because of the high price. I didn't think it was a fair price to pay for a soak & polish. I feel bad for not tipping because the lady was kind and gentle with my feet and she deserved a tip.
I called them to double check the price and she said it was $35 for the pedicure, $40 for the manicure, $20 additional for gel polish, $5 for the deluxe warm treatment which was awesome, $12 for waxing my eyebrows. Im guessing the additional $9 was for taxes and using a credit card.
It would've been nice to receive a detailed receipt breaking the cost down.
The service is slow and they obviously don’t care because they only had one person at work today ! And every time a person calls they tell them a later time when they aren’t busy they just don’t have nobody there! They will stop doing your nails a million times to attend to another customer and to me that inconsiderate to the person that was already there ! I sat waiting to get my pedicure, and they took forever to the point I called someone else that got me in immediately as I called (social nail bar)!!!
I like this shop because they always have good service and their prices are reasonable. Jenny always does a really good job on my eyebrows.
I went for a full set and pedicure and took my mother and grandmother with me. It was a very pleasant experience. We scheduled and appointment and they were on time. Everyone’s nails were beautifully done, with no complaints. My feet were a little rough and so much care was given.
Great prices for the most part. Service can be a bit on the slow side but hey, they get busy. Booking an appointment is a joke, you still have to wait 15-30 mins before getting serviced. My main reason for writing this review was to advise everyone NOT to get waxed here. I’m writing this as I’m getting a pedicure and witnessed someone getting a lip and brow wax. I watched the woman dip the same stick in the wax that she used on the same side she used to apply the wax to the customer. I literally watched her the entire time and she did not pick up another stick to use or rotate the stick as she should have. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I know for a fact that process is VERY UNSANITARY! You have been far warned!
Nail tech was fast and efficient did my nails exactly how I wanted them done.
I love this salon! Every time I go in they remember me and feels like family. My nails always turn out perfect and the thickness of the acrylic is thin enough that it looks natural. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!
The first couple times I came back I liked how they did their acrylic it was strong and lasted a while, nicely shaped I tipped very well. My 3rd time back and the old man cut my pinky up pretty bad, he didn’t correctly size the nails that popped off meaning there’s 3 nails that do not match the length of the rest. And I had two people doing it switching off nail polish was bad. Not going back. They obviously don’t care about getting customers back.
