Extremely bad customer service, did not feel welcomed, lady was extremely rude. Did not want to dye the hair color that i wanted because it was going to be “to much work”. Were not professional and def was not worth spending $250 for dying my hair yet again had to go to a different place for them to fix my hair. Waste of money!

To say that I came for a color change would be an understatement. I came in with long damaged brassy reds... Im leaving with my hair transfromed. Bleached out the old and stubborn and I am walking out feeling like an amazing mermaid. Beautiful blues and greens... Even a touch of pink for my undercut. Thank You Emma for my mermaid locks ????❤ The staff is nice and friendly.

$50 por dos cortes uno de niño, te preguntan como lo quieres y luego te lo cortan como ellos quieren y aparte todo chueco. La muchacha que le corto el pelo a mi niño no se si tuvo mal dia o ya estaba cansada, tenia muy mal cara. La larga espera lástima no valio la pena. Pecimo, creo que no vuelvo.

Siempre con una atención amable y buen trato. La verdad mi lugar preferido para ponerme bella.

The worst customer service. So unwelcoming. No matters what so ever. Girl had horrible attitude. The salon was empy and she had the nerve to tell to wait because she was doing her makeup. Is this a work place or what!!!
