The pho is decent, with beef that's really well done. The broth has an uncharacteristic sweetness to it but it's still the best noodle soup you'll find in Aarschot. Don't get: the "black ginger ice tea" (indistinguishable from water), or the "avocado whipped cream waffle" (would taste much better without the "cream"). Great place though, good atmosphere and a welcome addition to Aarschot's restaurant scene. Alas it's tragically overpriced, so the price/value just isn't there.
We had the salmon poke bowl from the avocado bar and the pork bun noodle salad from Bambu. Both were delicious, made with fresh ingredients and well seasoned. We'll be back!
New concept in Aarschot, a food court, which is open till 1am. Very cosy and trendy, attracts people from all ages. In the meanwhile several shops have closed though.
