7/8/22 took my 7yr old nephew today whose scared of haircuts. I prefer The older gentlemen but they had clients in chair. Another barber, younger guy who said his name is Dave cut my nephew hair.
The hair cut was good but...HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. He stops in middle of haircut to text on his phone for at least 5min. If I didn't CLAP my hands to tell him to please finish the cut he'd still b on phone.
When u have a scared child in yo seat u don't stop. He had the nerve to tell me maybe I shouldn't come back!! Um nope I'm coming back but never to him nor would I refer someone to him.
I don't tolerate cell phone usage, eating & smoke breaks from no stylists or barber. Take care of yo clients first
