Daisy’s Nails is by far the best nail salon. The nail techs are friendly and tend to the customers needs. The nail salon is very clean, peaceful, and modern. I went in to the salon was greated by the receptionist and taken care of by Lanny. My dip nails came out perfect she is a perfectionist and she did my pedicure was one of the best pedicures. It was very relaxing and have beautiful nails. Highly recommend Daisy’s Nails and Spa

Best nail salon in town! I do have high standards when it comes to my nails, I’ve tried a few other nail salons, very disappointing. I live in Boca but always drive down just to get my nails done. She did them perfectly and lasts for a long time. I’m in love with my nails!
Got a gel manicure on Saturday, it’s now Tuesday and it looks about 2 weeks old. My pedicure is horrible.. They do not know how to polish correctly.. I will NEVER come back nor recommend anyone here.. The prices are not worth the work!!

Almost immediately after posting the review I received a phone call from the owner and then the manager apologizing for the technicians behavior. The manager will be doing my nails on Thursday morning to fix the issue. I have events all week for Miami Art week, I’m glad to know my nails will be perfect. The owner and manager gave excellent customer service and professionalism, handling this swiftly.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure done as well as an eyebrow wax. The receptionist was very accommodating and got me in the same day. My gel manicure, pedicure and wax were done by different people. They were fine. Not unfriendly but did not introduce themselves or provide great service. At the end of the services I got change from the receptionist and gave each woman a tip. I went around the salon to find each one. This was my first time getting a gel manicure and the same night I noticed a dark yellowing on the edges of my nails, I called the next morning and the receptionist was kind again and said I could come in and we could figure it out. When I arrived the same lady who did my nails, short bon haircut (I am hard of hearing and didn’t get her name), came to check them. She asked the expected questions like if I ate something, cooked, washed my hair. What I didn’t expect was her to be rude when I said no. I didn’t press the issue and reiterated that I had never had the service before so maybe it was something I used, like hand soap. As we were finishing up she asked who did my pedicure last night, I told her. She then said, why didn’t you leave me a tip? I was shocked and said I had while she was at her station with a guest. She said no, when and where did you leave it? I told her again that I had gave it to her at her station and the amount I left. She just stared at me until I got up and quickly left.
I am new to the area and unfortunately won’t be returning. The other services weren’t quality enough to come back to a place where as a customer I am reprimanded for not leaving a tip, when I did. I spent over $100 and over two hours there. Strange interaction. I did see a few technicians who were very friendly with clients and taking extra care to provide good service. The same can not be said for the whole staff.
Tee is my nail tech. Best nail tech I've ever had. Best pink gel, natural look, clear coat only, no color. They never fall off, and I don't have to get refills till about 4 to 5 weeks apart because my nail bed is the same color of the gel. You can't tell. They are strong amd sturdy and Tee gets them done in about 30 mins or less. He is a beast.
Very Clean. Appointment ran on time. Service was not rushed. Tools were autoclaved. They do what you want, not what they want. Tony did my toes and he did ignore the small details nor was he lazy with the massage. My feet feel fantabulous. Angel did my nails. She was very friendly and fast but GOOD. She did the shape exactly how I want it and was able to recommend the perfect color when I told her what I had in mind. Other places will just throw the plastic at you for you to find it yourself. Checkout process was quick and convenient as I was able to pay by phone. They have a book with Zelle and cash app information for the technicians which is great. ???????? I almost do not want to recommend this place because I want it all to myself.
Horrible, disappointing!!! Wish I could less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there today. Asked for regular pedicure and acrylic fill with a regular nail polish no design or anything like that and at the end I got charged like I asked for gel polish when I didn’t even asked for it!! No communication whatsoever. They just love to charge ridiculous amounts of money for a poor job. *** Not recommended this place****
