I try to keep an open mind when going into a new nail salon. But I was so disappointed. I didn’t mind waiting i new they were busy but the lady that did my nails did them so messy, I asked for the color purple valentine she did not give me that color, the French tip she gave me is not a French tip they are all lopsided. I asked for two nails to be plain with two flowers. She still painted them with the wrong color purple after I asked her twice not to, also on one hand she ruined the flower and didn’t even take the time to fix it. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back.
Tammy did an amazing job on both my feet and hands I will definitely be coming back to her! She also took her time and made sure everything was perfect.
There seems to be an issue with rushing customers in and out the door. We came in for 4 pedicures and the pedicures were finished extremely quick and it shows in the poor quality of the work. My nails were cut crooked and filed even worse. If they had taken their time I’m sure my nails wouldn’t have been cut crooked. My niece’s pedicure polish was not applied on the entire nail and was missing polish on almost all of her toes, the top coat that smeared onto her skin was also not wiped off. I had to ask for another toes to be repainted. The technician who did my sister’s toenails was very rough and hurt her when cutting her cuticles. Unfortunately we will not be coming back
Really do feel rushed, my pedi took 15 minutes!! My nails look like a five year old did them. Looks bad. I will never come back!

I had the most nail technician ever Mary she was so nice a polite and have thee best customer ❤️ service ever! Will I go back again of course I may make this shop my home!!!! Thank you again Mary for the awesome service you provided to my hands and feet.
They clearly post their business hours on their door which states that they are open 9AM-7PM MON-SAT. I stopped in on a Wednesday at 6:20pm and asked if they could repair one broken nail. One of the ladies yells "what are you doing we are close!" I told her that their business hours say they are open until 7pm. She looked down and continued to gather her things at her station and ignored me as if I wasn't standing there. Another lady who was sitting doing a pedicure asked to look at my broken nail and told me they did not have time to fix it. I would hope it wouldn't take 40 minutes to fix a nail! Their customer service explaines why I pass by and never see clientele in this nail shop. I should have avoided this place regardless of how convenient the location is for me.I just waited for my technician to have an opening to get my nail fixed. Take your money to a nail shop that isn't too good for big or small requests. Check out US NAILS-14401 E Bayaud Ave, Aurora, CO 80012 Excellent service, clean, hardworking and kind. Ask for Tina (my nail tech) she is AMAZING!
I am from out of state, however, I have needed my nails done while up here for a very extended amount of time. I have used this salon multiple times now as it was recommended. The ladies have always been extremely kind and caring! I always get the dip nails w/design as well as my toenails painted in the matching color. Always have came out great! This is the only salon I will go to when we are up here from now on!
Thank you so much for fixing my nails! They looked so good I decided to get a pedicure as well! I appreciate the kind lady that helped me today.
