I used to come to this shop years ago and had one nail tech that was incredible at her job and very kind. Once she left this shop has been absolutely horrible. I attempted to stop in recently and give them another chance. Just for a quick eyebrow wax. Not only did I give simple instructions before getting my eyebrows waxed, but I had grown them out pretty thick and wanted just a clean up. The tech not only did not listen to one single instruction but was quite rude. (This should have been a warning sign) I have never seen any tech butcher an eyebrow wax like this lady.
When I stopped coming years ago it wasn't simply because my favorite nail Tech was no longer there. But it was because when I would come in no matter if I had an appointment or not I was waiting long wait times and no one would give me a precise estimate of when I would sit in a chair. This salon is not as sanitary and the customer service is very poor.

The man that did my nails was nice and they looked pretty good but they started to fall off within a week and a half and every set of nails I’ve gotten from somewhere else have lasted me at least month if not more.
I love the prices and I usually get seen quickly,I have no need to go anywhere else at this time and the woman in there usually does my nails don’t want anyone else doing them.
I made an appointment to get a pedicure, and a appointment for my daughter to get a gel manicure at 3pm, it’s now 330 I’m have my feet in cold water and my daughter hasn’t even been called back yet!
I will never go back! I made an appointment for a full set. The woman at the front desk was rude and said they had no availability. I ended up going to another place. When one nail broke I went back to D-nails to ask if they could fix the broken nail. They said they know how to fix it but will not fix it for me. The. They called me a liar and said have a nice day. I will never go back!
The people were nice and Antoine who did my nails did a very great job. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation. Didn’t have to wait and needed certain type of job done which was getting color acrylic. Most nail salons don’t carry a variety of colors or don’t do color acrylics but they did so I was very thankful they did a good job.. will definitely go again when have to a fill.. I got a full set short round tips very soft and glittery pink. Color looks natural almost.
Update! Second set of pics shows getting nails done by another gentleman by the name of Kevin, this was a month after first picks! The color acrylic is perfect for me because I’m the type that would chip my gel polish so the color acrylics are the best for me because no chipping color! nails lasted pretty well but he was able to refill it very well without looseness in between...????????
The salon and stations are clean and sanitized. Service is quick and efficient, the waxing specialist has honed her craft, she is precise every time, you will be pleased with her service.
