Terrible attitude, they had a promotion for modeling hair 109 bucks to get anything you wanted done. I took my mom and the owner and an assistant were both looking at our hair, they said it was gonna be very hard and that we had to go back as regular clients and pay full price, they treated us very poorly. I wouldn’t have gone there if he would have been honest with me, he even refused to give me a quote to go back some other day, they were very rude and lack knowledge.
They had before and after pictures of other people with bad coloring jobs and even bleached hair, that was his excuse for not taking us and I still don’t understand why he wouldn’t even give me a quote.
They made us both feel very uncomfortable and would never go back. I even asked for a hair cut and they just stopped answering our questions.
Terrible people. I was willing to pay full price and they still treated us like we were asking for handouts.
I went to this salon recommended by a friend. She warned me that although they did a good job on her hair the owner was kind of particular with his attitude. I wasn't intimidated by it so decide to give it a try. As a a new customer, I asked some typical questions such as who was doing my hair and what type of products were used. The owner called me into this room to tell me that he wasn't doing my hair because "I had doubts" and he was worried I would be unhappy. I told him those were typical questions for someone who goes to a salon for the first time. I have been to many salons in my lifetime and was never treated that way.
As a customer, although someone recommends it, you have to ask questions. Or when you go to a surgeon, do you just grab the first one and blindsided lets him perform surgery on you? First impressions count and I feel his attitude was very unprofessional. Customer service starts from the time you go into a place and this is one I will definitely not recommend to any of my friends.
Bueno el lunes fui a pintarme mi pelo... mi pelo traia rayitos pero saludable nada maltratado o quemado... y sali de ahi con el PELO QUEMADO TODO LO QUE ES TODO MI PELO QUEMADO...que horror casi lloro cuando veo mi pelo muchos mechones solo quedaron pedasitos quemados, parese estropajo todo duro y quebradizo y roto... lo peino y se me cain los pelos..... MARCO aparte de tener una muy mala actitud, estar con su carota de pocos amigos, me galo bastante mi pelo como si fuera uma muneca de juguete.... sali de ahi super adorida y mi pelo total mente QUEMADO ... la verdad no les recomiendo ese lugar.....
Made an appointment with David a month in advance they charged me a deposit to reserve my appointment. Called me a week later to inform me David had left and that I needed to come in and when I came to see if someone else could do my hair, I showed the blonde stylist what I would like she said yes, when I asked how much she would charge me she increased the price by $100 and laughed when I mentioned how much I was originally quoted. Nothing of what I was promised originally was honored. If she would of been a bit more polite with her response I wouldn’t have asked for a refund but disliked her mannerism. I feel very unconvinced being charged up front for nothing in exchange
They are very nice people. David did an awesome job on my hair and he is soooo sweet. He colored my hair, my oldest daughter's and now my middle one is going tomorrow. He's that great. Recommend 100%.
Very bad service. They made pay $50 deposit to have my appointment secured. Then they call me so they can give it a little more late. So I get to the salon supposedly they didnt know i was going so they didnt have nobody available to do my hair. So Marco gets there but does the job in 2 hrs or less and didnt even do what i told him all he did was color my hair just the way I had it. All they want is to get you off the seat and do the next person. They are also rude. If I could I would give 0 stars.
They completely messed up my hair the first time I went. My hair was half way down my back and I said I wanted a trim. I left with damn near shoulder length hair and it was completely uneven. I went back and a different hairstylist fixed it and did a good job. Thankfully they didn't charge me to fix it. Went a second time thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke, and I got the worst service ever. I had an appointment, and the hairstylist (Lupita) was running late. I thought "okay, I get it, I work retail. Stuff happens, I understand." I finally get in the chair and i show her a picture of how i wanted it cut. She cuts my hair and it looks nothing like the picture. I told her I wanted it shorter, and she was just trying to convince me that it looked fine the way she cut it. I, again, said I wanted it shorter and showed her the picture for a second time. She cut it again, but when she finished it didn't even look like she did anything at all. The whole time I felt like she was just trying to rush me out of the chair so she could help the next person. I get it you're busy, but shouldn't you want to make your customer happy? I was so mad, but I just gave up realizing she just wanted me out of her chair. Then I get up to the counter to pay, and the receptionist was so rude! I will NEVER go back, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Fatal service con solo ver las cara's de los segun estilistas deja mucho que desear!!! , mala actitud y prepotencia absolute, negocios asi, deben tratar cordialmente y con amabilidad a sus posibles clientes, y no solo poner pretextos para no atenderte aunquesea en una Promoción o descuento , y ni una recommendation como clienta primeriza te dan ???????? entiendo que tengo maltratado el cabello, pero se supone que son especialistas , no soporte estar mas de cinco minutes ahi, nos hicieron sentir muy incomidas ahi'! ????
