I love this salon. The employees are all very kind, and professional. Kellilynn is my favorite hair stylist. The recent cut and color is fabulous...exactly what I wanted. Kellilynn also does eye lash extensions. She takes her time and makes sure you love them....You can't go wrong getting Kellilynn.
I cannot begin to express my gratitude and overall respect for this salon. I have been going here for over a year and have never had issues. I recently had a terrible event with a stylist that left me devastated and feeling hideous. However, I was shocked when the owner of the salon personally contacted me to apologize. Never have I had management reach out and make me feel heard and validated. I saw Kayla who was able to fix my hair. Not only do I feel beautiful but my hair is better than I could have ever imagined. She took the time to explain the correction process and made me feel at home. I’m so grateful for Wild Style, to help keep my confidence up by making me feel so beautiful. If you’re looking for a salon that goes above and beyond, Wild Style is the one.
Love this salon and especially love Kassidy and how tremendous she is at all things hair! Plus, she is about the sweetest person on Earth, so visiting with her during appointments is so much fun. Coupled with the bright and clean salon and the friendly staff, it is a great place to be.
Maia is the BEST! Always does such a great job helping me out when I cant ever make up my mind what I'm doing. Cut a Super cute Longer Pixie as I'm growing mine out (Again). Also always a good time and a good laugh! :) The Salon is beautifully up to date and well maintained as well.
Maia is AMAZING!!!!! I had called the salon after leaving super cuts to see if anyone could please help me fix my daughters hair and they got me in right away! My daughters hair was awful, it was uneven, choppy and had no style, Maia and the other girls treated us so good, she fixed my daughters hair and actually gave her a style! My daughter left feeling so beautiful!!! This salon is the best place ever, amazing environment, very professional and the best customer service!! Thank you so much Maia for saving my daughters hair!!!
I had quite the highlight mishap done at a different salon so I called here for some emergency repair and LOVED it. Kristen was awesome, she went over my streaky hair with a bayalage to my exact specifications of color and blend and now my hair looks gorgeous. Front desk was very nice and had an overall great experience, thanks guys!!
Kristen is fantastic! She took a hairstyle I hated and turned it into one I love! She actually listened and applied what I wanted to do with my hair. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Would highly recommend this salon!
If I could give this place a zero I would. Last year, I decided to update my look and go from brunette to blond. I understood going into this, that it would be a several month process and be expensive.
I scheduled with Cassidy. I went to Cassidy five times paying $250 each time. The first two times were a month a part and the cut and color were great. The third time the cut wasn't so great and I started to see damage to my hair which I understood to be expected. The fourth time, Cassidy once again pulled the bleach out to my ends and then left the bleach on my hair too long i.e, at least 30 minutes. I had breakage to my hair nearly to my scalp and my hair was extremely damaged. I was nearly sick to my stomach when I saw my hair fly up in a cloud when she did the style.
I was instructed to wait two months before proceeding on the fifth time. On that occasion, it was obvious that Cassidy realized that she had ruined my hair. She was not chatty nor friendly. She again, pulled the bleach to my ends. She left it for a good 20 minutes. When she put the toner on she also left it on too long. It turned my hair a weird green grey. The hair cut was NOTHING like I had understood I would have. It was blunt without any feathering as she knew I preferred. I left really upset.
I called the next day to ask what could be done about how awful my hair was. My hair was like green straw with a dumpy blunt cut without style. Cassidy's reply was: "I don't know what I would fix". Needless to say after $1250, eight months and with ruined hair I went somewhere else. I was told by my new hair dresser that it was obvious that Cassidy was not knowledgeable about color corrections and that she NEVER should have left the bleach on as long as she did and explained to me that she left the toner on too long for my hair to turn green.
I have waited a year to write this review as I don't usually like to leave bad reviews. However, do to the amount of money I spent to have Cassidy ruin my hair without any apology or willingness to fix her horrible mistake, I feel I will be doing everyone a favor to suggest that this salon be avoided, especially Cassidy. They claim to have Salt Lake expertise and charge accordingly but it is obvious from my experience that they do not.
