Best WLM Reviews

We stayed in this B&B in early August and when we arrived where immediately given a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and well maintained and ours had a fabulous view over the Meuse. A great location. We woke to a comprehensive breakfast of croissants, yoghurts, fruits, juice and coffee, which wet us up nicely for the day ahead. Thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Dinant.
I simply rated it overall nice and not wow or perfect because of one simple thing.. We got to pay after we left the room 5€ more touristic fees. We didn't know that and it was nowhere included in the info. I found the price for 2 nights a bit pricey but okay. Getting to hear 5€ fee okay.... ????‍♀️. Overall the rooms were perfectly clean, people were friendly, breakfast was tasty and perfect portions. ???? The place is at a good spot close by the river and plenty of restaurants and beer bars. The B&B serves amazing tea and treats as well. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying a cup of tea alongside a nice waffle or pancake! Staying there for a night OK. But longer not so much.
The crêpes were not well cooked, the orange juice was from a box. Thought the service was quick the staff did nothing to prevent wasps flying into the salon. Plus we were "ordered", not even asked, to leave our table in the back salon and change it for another one in the front salon where the wasps were. My partner killed 5 wasps for the half hour we needed to finish our breakfast. Do not recommend and will not visit again.
What a perfect place to stay. I was abit nervous when it sounded like just a room above a cafe but it's all done very much like a hotel/b&b. It's got a separate door with code up to the rooms and the rooms are spacious and very clean. A lot of comments about the open plan toilet but it isn't that bad. The swing door is just abit different :) ||Breakfast was lovely and she offered to make us eggs. The owner is really lovely and helpful. ||Parking is anywhere on the roads nearby. Everyone just dumps them anywhere. Some places are free parking and some are not. We got parked right across the road by the cliff which was perfect. ||2 things to note is its cash only here and also it's a hard place to spot on a busy road so I would advise parking up and looking for it. Dinants only small anyway :) ||Beautiful town, beautiful B & B!
We had a wonderful stay in this B&B: the service upon arrival was incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good as well, eggs were made directly after we've ordered them and there was a nice selection of rolls, yoghurt and granola.||Staff spoke excellent English and French and one guy even spoke Dutch (Flemish).||||The room was great, however the only major downside was the lack of space between the foot end of the bed and the walls which caused a couple of bumps and bruises during our stay. The bathroom as a contrast, was spacious and comfortable.||||The location of this B&B is excellent: located in the middle of the (not so big) city centre and about 10 minutes from the train station. We were able to visit the beautiful Parc de Furfooz without having to use a car (only a few train stops away).||||Would come here again!
Although we arrived at the B&B a few hours before our check in time, we were allowed to leave our suitcases with the staff so that we could explore Dinant a bit easier. When we got into the room, the view was very picturesque and it was lovely to see the busy streets from a room that overlooked the river and small waterfront outside. The room was modernly furnished with the only drawback being slightly poor air circulation which could easily be fixed with a fan in the room. Overall, it was very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again if the availability allows it!
Was recommended to stay here by a local pub. My friend and I were cycle touring through Belgium and our initial accommodation plans failed. Our bikes were able to be secured in a downstairs area of the B and B.The owner, Ingrid and her husband have run this bed and breakfast for over four years and speak excellent English. It is extremely well located on the river and the rooms are immaculate. Some have river views. ||Breakfast was fresh and plentiful in the morning. I would recommend this place to anyone and believe that it would also make a nice romantic getaway. Thank you for a great stay at short notice.
The hotel is located really close to Citadel and Charle de Gaulle Bridge. This is excellent. We really enjoyed our two nights stay at Cote Sax. The room is new and clean. Everything looked new. Little negative point is that the wall might be so thin because we could hear other guests talked and walked. It is a bit annoying but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good. The owner was really nice and friendly. There was no reception after 7pm but we were given the access code. This is a smart system.
