It's as old as its owner, that's visible. And the food is okay. Most dishes came with this weird sauce, to please the locals, as one of the people serving said. The prices were (are) outrageous. We had 4 simple dishes between the two of us plus the cheapest bottle of wine and some water and paid over 100 euros... That's too much, even for Belgium, which as usual one of the most expensive countries in Europe.
Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were all very lovely and spoke English. The food was superb, the calamari is so soft and tender it melts in your mouth. I had the house shrimp, amazing and my SO had the lamb and he was blown away. I can't wait to go again, thank you so much.
The food is okish, the main dishes are better than the starters. The prices are quite high compared to the quality of the ingredients. The service and the atmosphere are quite poor because the tables don't have a lot of space in between, and some of the table neighbours can be quite invading. Also, when they clean, they spray it on the table directly, and considering the small space, this adds a very nice cleaning product flavour to your dish... usually, it is done in a towel to avoid putting it everywhere around.
Nice surprise! Huge portions! A little bit more pepper could be welcomed - but overall such a nice restaurant
The owner is such an unkind and rude person. We left the restaurant and canceled our order because of the toxic environment. We were tourists and we do not recommend it!!!
One of the best Greek restaurants in the center of Leuven.
Arrived at 2 pm on a Sunday to have lunch and the person who works there said it was late to order, even that there was people in the restaurant and the information said it closes at 3 pm. So couldn't try anything, if you want to eat arrive a few hours before they close.
Nice and quiet restaurant close to the station, it was worth walking 10 extra steps from the main square. Their greek sauce is amazing.
I had I train for a flight to catch in a hurry and the owner was very kind and served everything at the right time.
