I went in for a pedicure and full set. Waited too long, so I just got my full set and made an appointment for the next day for a pedicure for me and my daughter. The nail design was good, but nails began to lift about 12 days later. The guy who did my daughter's pedi scrubbed her feet so good, and the lady who did mine put no effort in. She put acrylic on one of my toes so my big toes looked totally different when I said it doesn't look right the guy tried to say yes she only did 1 acrylic but I'm not understanding why so she tried to file it down, which did nothing. So, long story short, I won't be ever going back.

Respond to Classy Nails: No, on going to get my nails repaired. This was your 2nd chance. Unfortunately, you did not improve. Not only that but I was also told " We are not responsible for chipped nails after you leave." Everyone just needs better customer service...the 1st time.
First time there lunch was okay. Wife's club was outstanding. Second time there's he ordered a burger and fries. They came back and said out of fries. She chose something else. I ordered French dip and a salad. The French dip was not sliced beef it was more like fajita meat severed on a stale bun. Nothing had any seasoning what soever. We were hoping for good things we won't be back.

They don't treat their customers right, the tone and the way the talked to me was very rude. The older lady ( I believe she is the owner) acts like she is doing a favor instead of getting paid to do a pedicure. She was on a call the entire time she did my pedicure, I didn't see any utensils that appeared to be sterilized, I had to go and she rudely told me I had to put the plastic "sandals" on a plastic bin and my toes weren't even dry yet. I told her "I am leaving and taking the sandals" and she gave me the most hateful look. This was my 2nd visit, the first one was about the same, but decided to give them another chance, never again!
Great experience! It was really nice to get pampered. The three of us loved it!! (Mother , daughter, grand daughter)

Love Classy Nails! They do a great job, salon is very clean and everyone is friendly. My nails always look fab and the pedicures are awesome. I love that you can make an appointment and they are very prompt, or you can just walk in and usually don’t have to wait too long. I have been a customer for years.
The deluxe pedicure was amazing! The Jasmin scent was so good and the nail tech did a great job and gave me great attention. Sadly, the pedicure chipped the very next day from a bubble left in the lacquer. The woman who did my manicure, a whole different story! I asked her many times during to stop! She didn't use enough glue, the white part was done very sloppily on a French...blurry and uneven. No matter what I said, the tech insisted "I file", "I file", then blamed it on me that it was the best outcome because I chose "fake nail, "fake nail!"
I have had tips and dips hundreds of times. This is just the worst outcome despite my questioning when I realized the nexgen was being applied incorrectly! (See photos) There are chips, missing glue and powder, and uneven application on almost every nail. I'm disappointed.
In a world where we can choose to do what we love and do it with excellence, my technician did not love her work or deliver an exceptional treatment. I am loyal to stores that feel good for me. I would think again before ever coming back to use their services.
*They suggested it must be becauae they were very busy. I was 1 of 2 customers in the salon at closing time. There is no excuse for defending a sloppy job. :-(
