I recently dyed my hair for the 1st time and the lady did a great job on what I asked for . I loved the fact that she told me the price in advance when I booked my appointment and if I didn’t like the outcome she would give me a refund. Also great customer services too. Love my new hair
My husband has come here for over a decade and I've been taking my boys since they were babies. Yadi is great with boys and she does such a great job. Def recommend, if you're a male. As a female, I got my hair cut there once and the lady who cut it was inconsiderate and awful with my hair. I wanted her to cut my ends. I have waist length hair and I don't use any products or heat on it, but I do get split ends. She combed it from top to bottom in one stroke and split so much more hair, I had never had as many split ends as when I did after I left the place. I have never even thought about going back to the ladies area.
Horrible service I got here at 1 pm and they close at 3 pm says on there door lady didn't want to do my daughter's hair couse they grabbed a case of beer instead poor service if you want to be drinking not working atleast change ur door sign to 1pm drinking hours

My cousin' daughter went to get her hair lighter. I believe thecown is the one who did the process and burned her scalp to the point that it was bleeding when she got home in tears and in psin. My cousin called the salon after she was told by her daughter that this woman charged her $150. To burn her scalp and cause her injuries and pain. She refused to give the money back. She was not sympathetic to what she had done to this girl. Who went there all excited and went home in tears.. Do not use this place. Too bad i cant post the pictures of her scalp for all you to see. Hope the money they charged her for burning her scalp burns a hole in your pocket.
I’ve been going to letty for many years, she’s always cut my hair and colored (blonde) she’s very professional, always on time! I love her work it’s very hard to find someone you can trust, but she will not disappoint you.
I'm sure not everyone feels the same but I had the worst costumer service ever. I got there about 11:40 and put my name down. There were only about 4 in front of me so that's fine. Eventually I was there about a whole hour already,12:40. I noticed people were going up already that got there way after I did. So I went up to check there list and there was a ton of people already added on the list and crossed off. Basically I been getting skipped around 1:15 I decided to up and leave. I won't be going back for sure
