Good conversation: The barber is known to engage in conversations with customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 3. Walk-in availability: Customers like the convenience of being able to visit the barber shop without having to make an appointment in advance. 4. Open early: The barber's early opening hours make it convenient for clients who need a last-minute haircut before catching a morning flight or starting their day. 5. Affordable price: The barber offers quality haircuts at an affordable price, making it accessible to a wide range of customers. 6. Knowledgeable and skilled: Many customers praise the barber's mastery of his skills, noting that he provides quality haircuts.
Weaknesses: 1. Inconsistent results: Several customers mention that they have received different haircuts each time they visit the shop. The quality of the cut seems to depend on the barber's mood, which can be a hit or miss for customers. 2. Poor communication: One customer mentioned that the barber did not inform them upfront about his limitations in cutting black hair. This lack of communication led to dissatisfaction and the need to start over in terms of hair growth. 3. Uneven and poorly blended cuts: One customer expressed disappointment with the haircut received, stating that it was uneven, poorly blended, and not what they had requested. 4. Price discrepancy: One customer mentioned being charged $25 for a haircut, which they felt was too high considering the quality of the cut they received. 5. Limited expertise: Another customer mentioned that while the barber is good at cutting hair, his knowledge and skills appear to be limited to haircuts, rather than being well-rounded in other areas.
In conclusion, City Square Barber Shop has strengths such as fast and efficient service, good conversation, walk-in availability, early opening hours, affordable prices, and the barber's knowledge and skill. However, it also has weaknesses such as inconsistent results, poor communication about specific hair types, uneven and poorly blended cuts, potential price discrepancies, and limited expertise beyond haircuts. These strengths and weaknesses should be considered when evaluating the overall experience and quality of the barber shop.

I asked for a medium fade and a slight trim on top. Instead, I was given a poorly cut high and tight that was very uneven and not blend at all with a V shape fo-hawk trimmed on the top and charged 25 dollars. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever received.
Excellent barber he very fast and he cuts hair very well in and out in less than 30 mins always also he is a good guy to have a conversation with love the. Walk in no appointments needed l
I had to get a last minute haircut for a trip out of town locally he was open early enough in the morning that I was still able to catch my flight and got a great haircut
I want the same haircut every time I go to the barber. You won’t get it there. I was there today and he messed my hair up big time. You never get the same haircut. It really depends on what kind of mood he is in. I won’t be back. It’s always a hit or miss if you get a good haircut with Zack.
Beyond selfless service. Zach is a well renowned barber mastering his skills.i recommend everyone that wants quality haircut at an affordable price to go see him!you WILL NOT be disappointed.
I was recommended to the shop seeing as I was new to the area. The guy that cut my hair was nice and friendly however, when you was done cutting my hair he says to me "Next time you come in I'll have you go to the other guy. He's much better with black hair than I am". Thats something you lead with especially with black men. I wanted a shape up and for our hair that usually means: lining, whatever obvious fading or tapering. My hair was rounded into a rounded off afro and the back trimmed down as well. Fast forward 6 months later after letting it grow, trying to get it back to what it was, and I'm going to have to cut it and just start over
Zach is great! He is knowledgeable about far more than just haircuts and the conversation and atmosphere really makes the experience. I always leave the shop with a great cut and a smile. Highly recommend!
Zach has been my barber since he began cutting. He is awesome at what he does and always keeps the conversations flowing and lets you relax and have fun while getting a cut! His new shop is really cool, and while you are there pickup a T-Shirt. Best cut in town!
