Quick Facts About Nails Pro

Nails Pro place is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. Based on the comments provided, we can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
One of the strengths mentioned by customers is the quality of the pedicure services. One customer specifically mentions being satisfied with the outcome of their pedicure and praises the friendliness of the nail technician, Linda. This indicates that the salon has the capability to provide satisfactory pedicure services and has staff members who are customer-oriented.
Another strength highlighted is the skill and creativity of a specific nail technician, Trudy. Many customers mention being highly satisfied with the designs and longevity of the nails done by Trudy. This suggests that Trudy has expertise in nail art and is capable of delivering long-lasting results. This skill could be a unique selling point for the salon and attract customers looking for intricate designs.
In terms of weaknesses, the most prevalent issue mentioned is the poor customer service and rude behavior of the staff. Multiple comments express disappointment and frustration with the way they were treated. Some customers even compare the service to that of salons in other countries, suggesting that the staff at Nails Pro place need to work on their customer service skills to meet the expectations of customers in the USA. This weakness in customer service can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and deter potential customers from visiting or returning to the salon.
Another weakness is the inconsistent quality of the nail services. One customer mentions receiving a poor acrylic nail job that deteriorated quickly, while another comments on a gel polish change that turned out bumpy and peeling after just two days. These experiences indicate a lack of consistency in the execution of nail services. Customers expect consistent quality and long-lasting results, and these negative experiences can damage the salon's reputation.
Hygiene and cleanliness are important factors in a nail salon, and comments regarding the presence of shavings on the desk and feelings of being "grimy" highlight a weakness in the salon's cleanliness standards. This can make customers question the overall hygiene practices of the salon, potentially leading them to seek services elsewhere.
One comment mentions the affordability of the salon's services, with a customer mentioning that they paid $75 for a manicure and pedicure despite having swollen and painful feet. This indicates that Nails Pro place offers competitive pricing, which can attract customers looking for affordable nail services.
To improve the overall strengths and weaknesses of Nails Pro place, several actions can be taken. Firstly, the salon should prioritize customer service training for all staff members to address the issues of rudeness and poor service mentioned by customers. This will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Secondly, consistency in the quality of nail services should be ensured by providing additional training to the technicians or implementing quality control measures. Regularly assessing the skills and techniques of the technicians and maintaining high standards of cleanliness will also help enhance the salon's reputation. Lastly, promoting the expertise and creativity of Trudy can be a valuable marketing strategy. Utilizing her skills in nail art and emphasizing the long-lasting results she can achieve will attract customers who prioritize unique and intricate designs.
In conclusion, Nails Pro place has both strengths and weaknesses. The positive feedback regarding pedicure services and the skill of a specific nail technician highlight the potential of the salon. However, poor customer service, inconsistent quality, and hygiene concerns are weaknesses that need to be addressed in order to provide a better experience for customers and improve the overall reputation of the salon.

Do not I repeat do not get your nails done here!! He was so sloppy and did not care about making sure my nails were done right. Completely unprofessional & lazy!!! Even tried to refuse to fix a nail that looked sloppily done. He rushed to finish them with an attitude. He did not take his time to do my nails neatly ! They look a mess!! My gel is peeling off. The acrylic was way to thin and now they are breaking. I will provide pictures as well. I wish I knew his name but unfortunately I don’t. This is a lesson learned.
Update: 9 days after getting my nails done some of them started to lift. I think Tony did a very poor job.
Original post:
The guy Tony was rough. His desk also had not been wiped of the shavings from the person before me so I felt kind of grimy when in his chair He did a decent job making the almond shape but a bad job cleaning up around my cuticles. I asked for two changes before he finished the task at hand and he decided he no longer wanted to provide me service. Another man finished my nails. He did a poor job of applying the paint but my nails look OK from afar.
Linda did my pedicure and I was very satisfied with the outcome and she was friendly.
I would not recommend Tony.
I have had my nails done three or four times now and every time I was very satisfied. The nail tech who did my nails was Trudy she is or at least she seems to be very caring she takes time and focuses on what she's doing. Trudy does the best designs I love the way she does my nails every time plus when she does your nails they last a long time and I'm talking about more than 4 weeks. If you are looking for a good nail Salon this is the place to go to.
Poor service. Very rude people! Extremely disappointed in the customer service; almost like I am begging a favor. I have traveled and even lived in Asia and I always says Asians do an excellent job and skin and body care but today I was truly let down. I won’t ever spend my money here. I took myself, my mom and my little daughter here; they didn’t even deal with my child properly and my daughter has always gone to the nail salon with me and gotten her toes done. Truly disappointed. You cannot be in the USA and have a nasty customer service. These people wouldn’t do it in their country; don’t do that here.
My go-to spot for a good pedicure!
The lady at the front desk got a lil attitude tho. So, watch out for that.
I went to do my acrylic nails last Thursday and today is Sunday and I already have them horrible, the material is deteriorating fast, they did a horrible job for me.
The prices are good, but service is not so great. This location is very convenient for me, so I keep trying, but the results are bad every time.
I paid $23 for a gel polish change. The tech soaked my nails in a bowl of acetone to remove the gel that was on them- after about 10 minutes, she gave up on this method and ground the polish off. They use off-brand gel, which I didn’t think would be a problem, but I have never seen gel turn out this poorly. She “fixed” one nail when I complained about how bumpy they were (it almost looks like there are hairs or something - there are huge wrinkles in the polish) and of course that is the nail that is already peeling. It’s been two days. I’ll have to get these re-done, and I won’t be going back here.
Wonderful experience. Got a manicure and pedicure and it only cost me $75 even with the horrid condition my feet were in due to constant swelling an pain from an injury. In fact their massage did more for me than the two opiods that were prescribed for me.
