And gives it to me. Tyn is also very flexible and understanding. They have wine, chocolate and snacks!!!! Also, there is music, TV and WiFi! ! They also offer complimentary charging stations. Best place ever!! Tyn made this color just for me!! Noone else has it.

This is our second time here. First time was great! We didn't have appointments and were in and out quickly and happily. Second time not so much. We had appointments for 4:30 (gel manicure and regular pedicure) and didn't leave until after 7pm. My friend sat in the chair unattended for over 40 minutes before a tech was available for her. My tech completed my services more quickly but was on the phone the entire time (airpods) and frequently stopped in the middle of my manicure to retrieve his phone. Prices are some of the cheapest in the area but you get what you pay for I guess.

I only go to Ci Ci’s for designs. I don’t like how they apply nail tips. They usually break within a week. I usually allow the young guy to do my designs he is awesome.

We always go to CiCi nails. They are welcoming and they talk to you the whole time you are there. They also offer beverages and snacks for you and children. Vicki always does my daughter's nails and we are always satisfied. We drive about 45 minutes to see her. Oh, and the nails usually look good for about 3 weeks with the gel nail. Can be expensive, usually we pay around 60.

I’ve been patronizing this business for 3yrs now and their customer service has gone down the drain! They constantly rushing services and or over booked in terms of appointments. They use to offer you the lite refreshments ,now it’s like you have to ask and if so your looked at funny! Meanwhile their prices have skyrocketed a full set with gel polish 50 dollars, 30 dollars for a basic pedicure with regular polish! Lord know they are clean but that should be the standard for any nail salon, that’s the only thing I can’t take from them but besides that way too over priced!!

Went in on a Sunday made an appointment. They were running late so I waited approximately one hour for service. Leon then shoved a bowl on my lap full of acetone. When I told him it was too strong he yelled at me. Although, Vicky has always provided courteous service I will not be back.
