My two-year-old son got his second hair cut here, and Bobby was excellent! He went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and have fun, and the cut looks really nice. He’s very personable and professional, with fair prices.
Came in for a quick cut a few months back, and I’ve been coming back ever since. Bobby really make this place feel like home! From the time you walk in, you get a warm welcome and usually a good joke, cuts are high quality, quick and very fairly priced! I recommend this barber shop to anyone, great job Bobby!
Bobby is a great guy. He used to cut my wife’s grandfathers hair. Hair cut is only 12 dollars. Compared to jc make that cost 43. He is a huge supporter of local colleges and schools. Avid referee at youth football games. All around nice guy. Highly recommend for a quality haircut.
When my usual barber had to reduce his working hours which were inconvenient to me, google search led me to Cherokee Barber shop where Bobby gave me an excellent haircut. Very reasonable pricing. His shop is a bit hard to find, but if you follow directions, it will lead you in the right way. Will recommended Bobby if you are looking for a excellent barber shop in south Johnson city.

Bobby is my guy. I found Cherokee barber shop in 2019 and haven't been anywhere else since. Great cut, even better conversation, and reasonably priced. Bobby has a ton of experience and will take great care of you every time.
This was my best barbershop ever! Since moving to TN in October 2022, I’ve been looking for my barber. I found him! From the great beard trim and pricing to the most comfortable conversation, I will recommend Bobby to anyone I know looking for a barber.
