Tabbi, made my burger with Love. Excellent customer service going above an beyond by bring me my burger for lunch. Couldn't have asked for more.
The burger tasted fine. Not too much flavor but it’s fine. The server was very friendly, but I think their ordering system fails so bad. I ordered my food and watched everyone ordered after me getting their food. When I asked about my order I was told that it didn’t go though into their system. I had to tell them what I ordered which was still made wrong. I also watched 2 people who got their order twice. It was so chaotic.
First off, this review has nothing to do as anything negative toward the ONE person running the entire thing, including cooking. She was amazing, I would hire her in a minute! My burger and fries were good. My husband had a pretty plain burger, and it was dry. The bottle drinks were warm, and there was no ice in the fountain drink machine. The condiment pumps were empty also. The price we paid, @ $45 for two burgers, fries, and drinks, is EXTREMELY overpriced. Lesson learned not to go again. He really wanted to go there because of a shake he's had from there but they weren't offered.
Cheeburger, Cheeburger! Exceptional food and service while waiting for my flight at the Richmond Airport! Antwon, Omari, and Connie were all fantastic. I'll definitely be stopping by next time I'm traveling through!
Great breakfast sandwich! Fresh egg and lots of bacon (and it was nice and crispy). Good biscuit too. Felt very home cooked. Quite greasy, though.
The burger tasted fine. A little dry and the lettuce was wilted beyond eatability. I just can’t do wilted cooked lettuce. The fries were good. But I can confirm what reviews have said, soooooo slooooow. And 30 bucks for two burgers and fries? I know its an airport but come on, this is NOT a $12 burger.
You want to see a business about to go under? Go by Cheeburger Cheeburger in the RIC airport. The soda machine does not work? The cake money of any restaurant is in beverages. The trash is overflowing and there is no one greeting customers. The food is passable for a fast food chain, but just barely. The service was friendly which is the only thing pulling this place into two star territory.
Horrible service! My daughter Ordered a breakfast sandwich; Never got her food. They were short staffed. An employee trying to get orders done on her first day - she was left alone with the bartender. We waited over 30 minutes and requested a refund. They called the supervisor to process the refund. She took her time to do that. I asked the supervisor why were they opened if they don’t have people to cook ;( when everyone is traveling; not much time to wait. I’m still waiting on my refund- this happened on 5/30/2023. Supervisor not professional. See my refund ticket given by the supervisor and shows no money refunded! Smh
