I ordered the ribeye steak med, mashed potatoes w/country gravy and side of broccoli casserole.
I soaked up bloody, watery, juice that was covering entire plate with my napkin. No gravy or side was served. I opted to sit quiet and not eat. I’m not going to send Back food as too afraid of consequences. The waitress was extremely friendly. She was mortified about my food and said it shouldn’t have left the kitchen like this. The waitress insisted on bringing out new steak and comp my meal. The manger came over to table and was upset with how plate was served also. Very friendly service. Long story but she comped the steak that they took away but ended up charging for new one.
I waited close to 30 minutes after my table guest finished eating their food before I was served meal. I would’ve have waited so long for new meal if I knew it wasn’t comped. Lunch cost $81.90 total not worth the wait as I lost my appetite. I asked about charged and I was told I cannot receive meal for free. I was not looking for free meal. But agreed to wait as she insisted to comp and bring out new plate. Again I didn’t ask for new food ect. Im upset on the miscommunication and ruined lunch.
First bad experience eating here and unfortunately will not be a back.
I’ve never been the biggest fan of Cheddar’s so hadn’t been there in years, but stopped by for a quick lunch while my dog was getting groomed close by. Today may have changed my mind about Cheddar’s b/c it was a great lunch! Grilled salmon over rice with 2 sides & a draft beer- around $20 & delicious. Service was great, as well. Will definitely be back for the salmon????????.
Food was excellent in preparation, presentation & most important of all -- taste was great! Hospitality staff Wade is the most astute in knowing & asking if you have additional needs during your meal!
If you like great country cooking with an upbeat attitude in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, you can't go wrong with Cheddar's! It is our "go-to" whenever it is available when we are traveling. I wish we had one near us - or maybe I don't - as I would be big as a house from indulging. Pot pie, pasta, chicken, and luscious ribs stand out on their menu. Stop by and stay a while when you get a chance, it is delicious.
Cheddar's never disappoints! The staff are always welcoming, happy, and thoughtful, and the fresh, delicious food is well worth the price. I never leave hungry or unsatisfied. Highly recommend getting (and sharing) the Monster Cookie, the large piece of chocolate cake, and/or honey butter croissants, getting the house salad as a side, and trying the Monte Cristo, but no matter what you order, you can't go wrong!
I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. The chicken was very juicy and the coconut shrimp was delicious. Love the big drinks. My only complaint would be that the tables are small and makes it a challenge to go out with more than a couple of people
Yummy! This place has it all clean bathrooms, yummy food, great prices, friendly employees, fast service, and a great atmosphere. Our waiter was fast and friendly. The food was delicious, my husband really enjoyed his meal. It's affordable, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, like other places. The booths are very roomy, you're not sitting right on top of each other. Looks nice inside and outside. Plenty of parking.
The worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant. About the 5th time I have been there. The last two times they set me and my kids by the bar and the waitress was the bar tender. So she gave me a steak that was burnt and she knows it was. I had to tell her to take it back. To bring me another steak out in two minutes. Went and got me sauce and barley had anything in it. Crazy that this has happened twice the first time i let it slide. But this is the same waitress that gave us poor service last time. Will never go back to that location. Get some different servers.
