Great food great service. Will be coming back for more.
I got the Salmon with a burban glaze. Oh so good!!!!
My friend got the chicken alfredo and said it also was very good.
The buttered croissants are to die for!
We recently visited Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and, unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The food was sub par and the strawberry margarita tasted like medicine. Despite the disappointing food and drink, our server was amazing and provided excellent service. However, due to the poor quality of the food and drink, we will not be coming back.
***Update
Guest relations reached out and provided a satisfactory resolution.
Ordered the family bundle to-go for our sons birthday dinner. Order was brought out at promised time, 3:30pm. Placed it all in a hot bag to ensure temp control. Get home and take it out to serve and it’s clearly old food. The fries were dark, cold and hard; clearly the bottom of the basket and old as can be. All of the chicken tenders were soggy and had slightly pink areas as if undercooked. We hope to god we don’t get food poisoning. The only good part of the order were the croissants, something you’d have to go out of your way to mess up. The quality control was awful. This is not what you expect from any restaurant. Don’t order anytime after lunch and before dinner rush or at all if this is what you get. Please do better!
Experience was good but we never got any bread. Bout half way through our lunch I was like "I bet we're supposed to get some sort of bread, wonder where it is?" Never ate here before so wasn't to sure bout it so we didn't say anything. Other than that, everything was good and I highly recommend.
Visiting from Louisiana and came with family. everyone’s food was great with huge portions. I was even shocked at the kids meal selection (grilled chicken) and my son loved it! The bbq ribs (not pictured) was falling off the bone. Definitely coming back and thank you to our great host Liam.
Are overall experience was good the two people really need to bring back the onion ring pyramid!!! And birthday singers and free cake!!!! Other places do!!!
Great portions at reasonable prices!! The staff was very friendly and even explained why it was taking longer given that their computer systems went down. Every single staff member that we encountered with our mentally handicap family member was very kind. They went out of their way to make sure we weren't rushed instead of avoiding us like a lot of places do. Top notch staff!!!
We love Cheddars such a nice place to eat the food and service is always great! We went for lunch time and hubby got the salmon salad and I got chicken fried steak, was lovely!
We’ve been for lunch and dinner before. It does get pretty packed , make sure for dinner you call before to check the wait time! I do highly recommend this place tho! Nice for a relaxing dinner, date night, and family night!
