My friend and I visited for the first time and Xavier B was amazing and so kind to us and gave great recommendations. The management seemed so fun and i would love to work in a place like that. we came around 8 and it’s was steady. As a person who has been in the service industry for about four years, everything was amazing. We think he deserves a raise because the service was phenomenal!! We live a minute away but will definitely make the trip to enjoy Cheddar’s again :) If we come back and no raise has been given expect one star hahahha :)
Me and my friend came here for dinner tonight.. Xavier B. was AMAZING, super personable. The environment is super nice & comfortable! The chicken tenders are to die for. Xavier was not only bartending, but also taking tables at the same time & he handled it with a breeze. The staff here definitely deserve raises! Our food was phenomenal but a big part about eating out is the service and this was no doubt one of the best parts of our night. I would no doubt want to work in a place with such good vibes & high energy from an outsider looking in! Also.. the drinks were THE BOMB! So good.
The food was good. We had chicken pot pie and chips and queso and half rack of ribs but the girl on the phone didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took so long for her to ring in extra chips...then she ordered the wrong dinner for my husband. Was supposed to be half rack plus chicken. Wouldn't rush back. Croissants were yucky...way too much butter. They were like gum
Excellent place to stop for lunch or dinner!! Great food! Great customer service!! Great atmosphere!! I would recommend to anyone for a great meal!
Wow, was pleasently surprised over all good experience. I had the classic cheese burger, it was advertised as 1/2 pound. It certainly was big, the bun was right sized for the paddy, fixings, done how I asked. The fries were pipping hot with a slight seasoning. What a great value at $10, way better than 5 guys and some others. Better half had the 8oz steak, no uneatable parts or fat. Again done as asked, priced reasonable. Our server was good, did everything right, but would rather of had a better job elsewhere.
The complimentary honey butter croissants were not worth the calories.
I don't give many 5 starts but this place was perfect. Service was fast, food was delicious and affordable. Waiter and management were top notch!
Had a great feast during our visit from Canada. Everything was delicious, but the star of the show was our server Jarred. Nice young fella that was polite and helpful that made the experience even more enjoyable. Kid needs a raise!
Last time I was in one of these, I thought they specialized in burgers. We were travelling and saw this one on our way and the different name so thought we'd try them again. Not the best decision.
The decor is nice and the staff was good. The food? Blech! The best comparison I can give is to cafeteria food. This was especially true of the sides. Broccoli was boiled in salted water as was the canned corn. The carrots were boiled in sugar water. The Coleslaw was decent. The roasted chicken was fatty. The chicken fried chicken was fine but we could not understand why they put the gravy on the plate, then a piece of toast on top of the gravy, then the chicken patty?
Instead of bread they give a buttered croissant. It is hard, not flaky, and drizzled in honey Butter. Not a good concept. Soft dinner rolls would be better.
At least it was not too expensive, but it will be a LONG time before we set foot in another one!
