Best WLM Reviews
I didn't get the name of the woman who took my order at around 1:45pm on May 22 but she was the nicest order taker/cashier that I've ever come across. Protect her at all costs! The food was great as well.
Whoever was working drive thru this afternoon was very sweet. Not your typical “what do you want” atmosphere. The food was fresh and very delicious. Fries were absolutely crispy and glorious.
Just left there maybe less an hour ago and the girl at the window as RUDE!!! There nobody in line we waited at the walk up window and we asked could she take our order then she rudely said can y’all wait and walked away and we waited another 5 minutes for her to come back to the window and asked her again about taking our order and she slammed the window in me and my 2 yr old’s face and walked away management was there and did not do anything so we called the police. Management should have stepped in and resolved the issue. This is unacceptable. I will be getting in contact with their corporate office or the owners of the franchise
What a pleasant experience I had! The cashier who took my order was very polite. They upsold me tomatoes bacon and grilled onions and did not disappoint! The food was nice and hot and the environment was very friendly
Your crew member taking my order was patient and reviewed my requests for clarity. My order was prepared quickly and the staff member was very pleasant.
It has been a while since I have been there and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was as I remembered.
My fries were fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection, crispy and flavorable. I had a taste for a hotdog which did not disappoint. I customized an item or 2 without any hesitation from the crew.
My experience was well worth my time. Plus I enjoyed my mini food fantasy.
This food is so gosh dam good I’ll tell ya. Me and 5 of my buddies came here for some grub and WOOOOO WEEEEE, we were blown away. The gosh darn service was good, the store was clean and the service Was fast. You can bet your left toe we’ll be back I’ll tell ya
Very rude. Store was closing in one hour when I arrived to order a shake, sundae, and an ice cream, but was told I cannot order it because they're about to close. Smh. If staff are that eager to get off that they're denying paying customers, then they need to not work the closing shift/find another job!!
Very friendly cashier. Nice job suggestive selling grilled onions on my Chicken Sandwich. Hot fries.
