Rude management. I was asked by the automated system to place my order in the drive-through so I placed the order, but it kept asking me to repeat the same thing over and over.
When I got to the window when I pulled up because the system wasn’t working, she told me I had to drive through the drive-through again in order to place the order and my vehicle is very large so that was impossible and she knew it. There’s no reason they took my order at the window. It was a large fry, a drink, and an apple pie Unprofessional and unfriendly
First let me tell you how long it took to get my order when ordering from the window today at 3:50 pm on 4/29/2024 and the experience I went through today at this location that I have been coming to for the past 10 years. I took them 5 mins to take my order since they were busy serving drive thru customers. Once I placed an 26 dollar order. 2 double cheese burgers 2 loaded fries, a shake and a cheese cake sundae. They gave me my cold items first while its 85 outside and as I was waiting for them to serve car that was coming in I watched the big man yell at a customer, I watched and herd the big lady having a fit while working. While I was waiting on my order which took 8 mins to get after ordering my sundae and shake were melting all over the ground. Once I got my order from the skinny guy he gave me extra food so I went and tapped on the window and the gave who gave me my food opened the window with an attuited and I explained to him you gave me extra food. He was like no I put in two burgers in the bag, but I had 3 sandwiches. He went through my bag and said there i fixed it and shut the window in my face. I will be calling business corporate and let them know my experience. Next time I will take a with my hidden camera to have proof corporate. If you're so mad about your job then find a new one. Don't take it out on customers

There's a reason this place has 1 star on EVERY review. I'm 40 years old and have NEVER been told to move on ahead and not order. As if she owns the place. You know you in the GHETTO when... This female got an attitude with us and then didn't appreciate me matching her energy. Oh hell no. I didn't want to get SHOT so I left.
Ordered thru door dash and I ordered exactly what is on the receipt stapled to the bag but only got 1 item out of the 3 I had ordered. Granted doordash reimburses me but I have to say that you need to pay attention to what you are doing and how you serving your customers, the orders are not that hard to follow and I am very pissed off that after a long day at work I decide to order food and I dont get what I order. Very pathetic and lazy. This place will never get my buissness again.
Most nasty ppl working there got off work gave me and my wife food that's been sitting for hours got home and sat down to eat had to go right back I'm a cook my self and that's not food I would give any one because that can get some one really sick ... went back there too see what they can do for me ..got nasty Attitudes from Jenn and the othere guy ...never had this issue at all will not recommend any one after to night .....please make sure you guys do cook the food fresh....because that was not fresh at all I went higher up then this because how rude they was ....was not right .....I work with food my self just wanted something fast and simple but that went wrong .. I don't care about the food but as a customer they where really rude ...
I worked for checkers a few years back. I'm only posting this because I told my story and asked why I never blew the horn. The place has a massive! Roach problem. When I saw roaches in the food and crawling in and iut if the wall outlets I called my gm and said I can shut the store down. He said if I do so I'd be fired. So I shut the store down. The next morning I called the corprate number they gave us just incase these things happen! I was contacted not 1 hours later by my district manager. He laughed at me and said* what did you think would happen they would lent told me who switched? I was in shock. He then has police show uo to my.home and trespass me. Please if anyone reads this stay far from this location. The GM name is Mike. And the district managers name is Dave. Mike droves a red mustang Dave drives a small truck. I had many coworkers who saw the same thing so I'm going to look into legal action at this point along with getting a hold of some news outlets. I understand I should have voiced this a few years back. If I knew now what I did then I'm confident that store would be shut down for a bit. I apologize to the people who eat there as I can promise you they have bugs in there food knowingly. Again. I will be bringing attention to this
It was the cashier's first day that helped me. By the interaction, I could tell she didn't get any training. I was charged incorrectly for my items and given the wrong size fries. I paid for 2 large and got 2 small. I also got a rootbeer that was 99% water and gross. The food was meh but the burger was good. The outside area smelled like B.O. and gas. Also, they didn't have any straws.
