The staff was very unprofessional and rude. Fries cold and chicken had been sitting for quite sometime. The only thing fresh was the bread if that. Re-ordered fries only to bite the chicken sandwich and it was dry and cold. Never again will visit this location again. NEED NEW EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
The girl in the window had an attitude because she tried to serve me a slushy that had been sitting there and had melted down. She rolled her eyes because I didn't want it. But the manager he was nice and gave me a refund. Do not serve anyone what you wouldn't eat or drink yourself.
Waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot after going through the drive thru. Finally get back to work and eat half the sandwich to find out that half is raw. I was never given a receipt either so no money back.
EDIT: I have reached out 3 times to the website provided and all i receive is an automated response. Checkers does not seem to care about the customers health, safety or experience. report # 5643092 if checkers actually wants to do something about this.
I ordered a strawberry cream slushy that looked as if it had been sitting for a while with finger prints around the rim of the cup I told the lady at the window that I didn’t want the slushy and her response was why? It was already paid for, my response was refund it then…..This young lady noticeably rolled her eyes so hard I thought her eyes were going to get stuck! She was big mad! Why would you want to serve something that you wouldn’t drink? Moral of the story find a different place to work that doesn’t involve customer interaction..I will not be coming back to this location at all!
Met the General Manager of the store. He was really nice and he made sure my food was prepared correctly. Even checked on us at the window. Keep it up
I got my food door dash OMG????????. My bun wasn't toasted, the patty tasted like prison food. I wouldn't feed this to a dog. I almost choked on the bread it was thick and tasted old I would of came out better with regular Walmart sandwich bread. I just threw the whole meal away. Y'all got me. Never again. Some training needs to take place. I'm still hungry and you know door dash ain't cheap. All zero stars!!!! Y'all hire anybody!!
I have witnessed all homeless people sitting all around the checkers. The management should take care of all this stuff and make the area clean enough
Every time I go there the food is fantastic and a customer service is great. I go here at least three times a week.
