Best WLM Reviews
This location is so ghetto. An employee that was working the drive thru, tried to fight my elderly mother. I contacted the corporate office. I am waiting to hear back from them. The minimum wage worker obviously was having a bad day and taking it out on customers. The manager obviously can’t control his zoo animals that work there. I’m writing this review to warn people about this location. I wouldn’t dare eat at an establishment like this. They get mad if the customer, say that their order is wrong.
The order box is a robot. Prices have skyrocketed. No one is as cool as they think they are. But the fries are still worth it. Don't eat the meat!
Very unprofessional got window shut in face by manger after them telling me they couldn’t find my mobile order manager attitude was bad off rip as soon as the girl with the purple hair went to go get her dont kno manger name but she had a purple shirt on with braids after waiting 30plus minutes in the hot sun because drive thru was blocked off by truck, after getting window slammed in my face i proceeded around the corner literally the whole staff was outside including MANGER, than me and manger began to argue cause what was the reason to come outside with whole crew ????than after exchanging words with manger I continue to walk to car and manger tried to attack me butt was stopped by Employees whole situation was veryyyyyyyy unprofessional and will definitely be handled i go to this checkers alll the timeee and i never seen this lady before and i never had to go thru this
First time here and was really pleased with my service and food. Management on shift was excellent and pushed her team. Observed cleaning up and other windows doing a fantastic job!
The burger smelled like chlorine and tasted nasty from being old. The fries were fresh and tasty. The lady working the window had nasty filthy hands and fingernails. Only reason I accepted the order is because my sugar was low. I don't know who's managing food safety, Employee hygiene, and quality control, but they need a whole bunch of training!
The burger and fries were delicious! We waited in the line waaaaaay tooooo long! I took my friend there to get him a burger. I would have left, if I had been by myself! I don't know what the problem was. Whoever was fixing the burgers was dragging their feet. However, they did fix the burger the way I ask.
Was stuck in line on the pick up side for an hour and 45 minutes, just to show up at the window and the guy working had snot dripping. He literally wiped the snot away with his wrist and continued to handle money and food. Watched him take the same hand and reach into the frozen patty bag and grab a patty out. I just drove off. They also apparently want corporate to see they have good time, because I ordered at 1:06, and then the app said they "completed" it at 1:11. Which was a lie. Them doing that has me waiting for a refund after having to contact corporate. Poor sanitary practices and thieves. Don't go here.
The young lady working the drive thru window was super polite And courteous. I don't know her name but she had dimples when she smiled. It's refreshing to receive great service!
