I've gone twice now around 10pm and it takes them about 30min to make my order. when going for a late night snack I'd rather not wait so long the second time they did give me some free Mozzarella sticks and a apple pie I did oder wings both times but even if it needs to be cooked fresh 20- 30 min is a bit long staff was respectful and food was hot
Edit to add: The hours are now 10a-4a although google will quote 5a.
The service is always prompt and the staff is very helpful. I've had one issue at this location years ago and the manager followed up and was very professional. I've lived in the area for years and plan to continue to frequent as long as nothing changes. ????
Bought food the other night, just getting time to leave a review.
Went through the drive thru Friday night. Spent like $20 or so if I remember right. Came home to find a roach. Now, my open food (fries, funnel cake fries) is possibly contaminated. Roaches can carry all sorts of sicknesses or diseases. They can actually chew through paper. I even tried calling them twice with no answer or callback. Waste of $20.
Also, GET RID OF THAT STUPID AUTOMATED VOICE THAT TAKES ORDERS!
This place is probably headed toward closure. No more than one or two cars in line, but it's moves very slow because they have an automated drive thru screen that is not functional nor is there a screen to confirm what has been ordered. Then the associates are just standing idly at the window, instead of taking orders! Not friendly either. Gotta then pull and wait for wings to cook. It feels worse than self check out in stores, it's just cold and tedious and inefficient overall. Won't be returning for sure.
I guess it’s more important to chat and socialize then get door dash orders out, at 1030 am still waiting order should be ready and pick up 10:15
Tonight I went through the drive-through at approximately 6 o’clock. And the drive-through has a left side where the passenger can get the food and a right side where the driver can get the food as I approach to place my order The person at the window came across the speaker and said, are you here to pick your food up? And I replied no I would like to order some they replied back to me this window is for pick up only. In a rather rude tone. I said, then you want me to pull through and get in line on the right hand side, correct? And That person said yes. This is the second time that I’ve had bad service at this location. One time before on my receipt for my food, it said waiting and in the area that they put Where they identify you at it said “white boy”. I find that kind of racist but when I called to talk to the manager about it, he saw nothing wrong with it. So, as for me, there are plenty other hamburger places that would like to have my business. and I believe I still have a copy of the receipt.
People in the restaurant is very disrespectful. My friend ordered food and the person at the window asked why u sou d retarded..and when we went to the window we got denied our food and he/she closed the window on us and just laughed..what shifty customers service. This person needs to loose their job talking like that what if I had a disability person in the truck and they asid that..very disrespectful and how dose no one wear company shirts with name Tags I asked for her name and said don't worry about it and closed the window after I went back to try and get their names....this place was awesome but now it's running by a bounch of disrespectful people.not going back again.
I was going for an interview that I scheduled through the website on February 22nd, 2024.Yet the hiring manager could not even give the time of day to show up March 2nd, 2024. I showed up early and was told(with an attitude by a Young Male who seemed Hispanic/Latino and age 25 or younger) That "I don't know if she's coming. She's not here. I don't know if she's coming." I came to the window a second time and this time an Ebony women came and talked to me professionally with no attitude and said she would give her a Call. Though the fact that I scheduled this a week ahead of time and did not receive a call anytime to reschedule until I actually show up, is very unprofessional.
