For whatever reason they overwrote the automated driver thru voice and took my order manually. The lady who was taking my order was relatively rude. Unsurprisingly, when I asked for swiss instead of American cheese, they forgot to switch it out. See the attached picture for a burger that can be compared to nothing but a brain tumor. Only go here if you want the fries.
Ordered 2 Big Buford’s and lovers fries and they were the worst Buford’s we have ever purchased from your place. The burgers were dry and there wasn’t hardly any condiments on the sandwich. Very disappointed, so for $20.00 we got buns with dry burgers on it. Definitely won’t be going there ever again, and maybe never go to another Checkers.
Went through drive thru and ordered a big double burger of some kind. This was my first ever Checkers visit. I paid approximately $13 for my meal. When I got back to work I had an itsy bitsy size fries and a teeny tiny burger. My order obviously got mixed up. No fun!
Poor costumer service. I was waiting for almost an hour outside In the cold and no one wanted to take my order. They would just look at me and ignore me. It smelled like cigar inside and even the manager was there and was also ignoring me. I left and went to McDonald’s. (They did a better job).
Funny story about how I had such a good time in the drive threw I payed got my drink gave a tip to the lady at the window and drove away. . . Didn’t have my food. Lol. Well I guess I just wanted to listen to my exhaust pipe reverberate against the building ag and went back around the drive through. The food was still hot and made correctly it’s checkers. What’s not to love. The ordering at automated thing was spot on with my order
Food was cold and the apple pie must have been cooked earlier in the day as cold as it was. Didn't get a receipt to call in these concerns, so figured I'd give this place a review on this.

First off one of the drive-thru's were not working and they didn't have a sign stating that so they made me go around the building and back to the other working drive-through. Woman gave me attitude when I hesitated to tell her my drink. Ask me to backup once I pulled to the window and handed them my money and then pull forward again I don't know for what. When I received my drink it wasn't full in my burger was not properly put together correctly. I watched a woman drop my fries in the bag like she didn't care. If you don't like your job or don't give it a hundred percent find another job...
