Walked up late night. Ghost town, so my order was their only one. Took kinda long to make? But the food was good. Wings were actually normal sized for once. Ate in my truck.
Will not return, don't waste your money. To start, you place your order with a computer not a human. The human at the window rude, and couldn't care less about her job. Bread so stale it broke when I bit it. Cold burger, chicken old and thin can't even eat it. 100% the worst I have been and I ate at the Babcock location in Palm Bay....
This was my first AI experience! checkers you finally got it perfected it at the drive-thru! at least until you get to the window. the AI robot that takes your order at the kiosk was amazing a perfect employee! Pleasant, constantly upselling, even making suggestions recommending new things and even read read back my order and a perfect attendant. that is until I got to the window to pay where the young man stood texting his girlfriend or something for about 3 minutes straight before I even looking up taking my money handing me my food without uttering a word other than my total. the food was Checkers food as usual very tasty exactly the kind of fair I expected. I've always been happy with the food thanks for working on the front experience the AI robot girl nailed it!
It wasn't even late night. Stopped to get a quick bite before going to see my grandkids. I ordered a Champ burger and received a sandwich, I thought, open it up and the meat was the size of a pickle! Immediately went back to the window and showed it to them and then I received a double Champ. Bit into it and the meat was cold and old! Went back the next day to alert them of the poor service and I received the whole meal with the drink. Unfortunately I was only able to eat the fries ????. The food was garbage ????️????️????️????️ literally! Won't waste my time or money at this location EVER again.
I like Checkers but it fails to miss the mark as far as keeping the meat hot the meat was cold
Fast service with a smile. Started in the drive through and had to back out. The automated computer the tries to take your order just freaks me out. Parked on the side and walked up. Best spot for that late night fix. Skip the drive through.
Food was OK, but not as good as I remember. Bread a little stale. Service was good. The property needs landscaping/tree trimming (looking a little rough).
Ordered $60 of Checkers through DoorDash. Dasher calls to say that Checkers gave it to someone else. Don’t use food delivery for Checkers…either they are liars or stupid.
