I ordered an eight piece chicken tenders with large fries and they gave me like 10 sauces buffalo tenders?!?!?!? For some reason?!?!? I’m so sad. Also, the fries they gave me aren’t even large. I’m pretty sure they’re medium! zero out of 10 I’m literally never coming back.
This checkers wasn't always the best, however, over the past couple years they have made such stellar improvements we can't stop going back. The food is great, far better than ever was, and the intercom to order is computerized now, which is so cool and there are no misunderstandings. Great job guys!
It was $40 for 3 people to eat medium meals! Later we had heartburn for hours. I think it is time to find some other fast food to eat. The service is fast and the new computer order taking system works very well.
Pay $15 for strips got a five dollar nugget box after waiting 10 minutes in line
Update they replace my entire order the next day and didn’t charge me a thing and smiled and happily did it so I changed my bad review to a five star review
Just take a look from the ordering window to realize you might be at risk, for the way they handle the food. The bags are too greasy that even the labels get off. Bags never keeps closed. Who told them they can accept too many orders, when they can’t fulfill them? Your average waiting time could be 35 minutes. Instead of fast food, should be tagged as forever food.
We order delivery, and they are always missing food items, or blatantly ignoring simple modifications. Once or twice is fine, but it's every time we've ordered in the past year. Theres always an item missing, with abother item messed up. Otherwise, food is fine.
I have now been here twice in a one week span. And both times I walked away. I stood at the front window and attempted to order. The first time no employees were around and after five minutes I left. The second time I waited about seven minutes and saw three employees look at me and didn't acknowledge or take my order and left. I enjoy the food but this location has lost my business.
The service is Hella slow and getting the food takes twice as long. The order was messed up and wrong but didn't want to say anything to just have to wait longer. The buford patty melt missing bacon. It's like 12 dollars when I could have gone to Mcdonald ordered the same sandwich at fraction
