Small but ornate tea shop. They decor is pretty and interesting. They have paintings, money plants and lots of seating.
Wide variety of tea choices. We went for the Taro boba and the lychee tea because it was hot.
Service was nice and efficient.
If I get around to trying this place again, hopefully I'll be able to give a better review.
This was my first time there, and the place seemed very nice. However, the server I spoke with needs to learn how to communicate with customers.
I asked about getting almond milk in my tea, and he explained that I can only get non-dairy creamer base in that particular item. I asked what the non-dairy creamer was specifically, and in a condescending tone the server simply repeated the exact same words, "it's a non-dairy creamer base that we add to all of our milk teas..." etc.
I said that this doesn't tell me what it is, and asked again, "what is it?" This time the server exclaimed, "you don't know what CoffeeMate creamer is?!"
First of all, this was the first time the words "CoffeeMate" had been uttered. And second, it was an inappropriate reaction to my simply asking for clarification of what product I would be putting into my body. I told the server, "you are being rude, good bye," and left.
Something has changed about this place. I usually only get the fruit teas. Last time I went, my tea had some foam in it, giving my fruit tea a milky appearance. I was told by someone there that that is normal and probably due to some aeration caused by the machine they use to make the tea. However, as a long time customer I have never seen this before with the previous teas I have ordered from this place. My regular is a passion fruit green tea and I have also noticed that this drink now contains passion fruit seeds when it did not used to. These seeds are very hard and wish they were omitted altogether. I will probably have to look for a different Boba place now as something now appears to be off with my usual go to drink

Starting 1/1 2021 They increase food price BUT remain the drink price the same! Good for me:)????
food's pretty great its a little pricey though. only problem I've had there is that they don't evenly spread whatever seasoning they put on their spicy popcorn chicken so some of them are spicy but a lot of them aren't its just kinda concentrated in the middle on top of them like they just threw it in after putting the popcorn chicken in the foam box.
Highly recommend coming here. Food is just as fantastic as their Boba and other drinks. The staff is absolutely amazing. Love it here????????????

I’ve came here about 5 times and one of the employees remembers me!! They are the nicest people ever. It takes 2-3 minutes to make my drink (super quick) this place is definitely better than Starbucks because you are getting way more of the drink for less! They even have a wider food menu than Starbucks too. They also have stamp cards as well. Just come if you haven’t, this place is great! The environment is warm and inviting as well! ????
Surprisingly nice, cozy and staff were friendly. I am so proud to have this shop in Eastvale!!! I went with my daughter and the person attending to her treated her like an adult with good recommendations although she didn't quite understand all the options offered. She just wanted a boba tea. The shop is super cute!! I highly recommend!!!
