Best WLM Reviews
My experience at charm was awesome, Kali was taking care of me and did a beautiful balayage, i had never gotten my hair colored before so i was a little nervous coming in however she assured me that it would look really natural and a good start to coloring my hair which it was, i attached a few before and after. the actual salon was a very comfortable, clean, and cute atmosphere. you really get your moneys worth. thank you Kali!! much love
I'm seriously obsessed with my new beautiful hair color/cut! I had some ideas of what I wanted to get done but still was not 100%. until speaking with Hannah W. & she created the most beautiful color that she knew I would like & she was so right! I love it! It was my first time at Charm Salon & I was very impressed with the whole staff & how knowledgeable, nice & approachable everyone was... I don't usually write reviews but in this case...I felt I should since Hannah & Charm Salon definitely deserve a "shout out"! for their amazing talent! I'll be back soon H! Thank you!
I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Jen! She did a phenomenal job listening to what I wanted and turning it into a reality. She took her time with me and truly transformed my hair! I absolutely recommend her services and would give her 10 stars if I could.
I've been seeing Jen Ober for over a year now and every time I come into the salon I leave feeling my absolute best! She answers all my questions and provides such valuable knowledge when it comes to the things I want. Not only is she an expert at her craft, but she makes sitting in the chair for a few hours so enjoyable as she is down to earth and so easy to chat with. I look forward to every appointment I book with her and the time I spend at the salon!
Charm is a … charming salon! All of the employees are so kind and helpful. I love seeing their style and creative talents with a wide range of hairstyles and clients. I’ve worked with Jenna for a few years now and she is amazing! She always listens but has helped me to push just a bit outside of my comfort zone and I always love the end result. I highly recommend Charm and Jenna!
Charm is hands down the BEST salon and salon experience I’ve had in all my years living in NEOH. I recently moved but I still happily drive 45 min to my appointments because they’re such an open and positive group of people…but I cannot say enough about Jen!
I look forward to every appointment not just because my hair needs it but because I have so much fun with her. Jen listens to what I want and is able to guide me in the direction I need to be in regards to my hair care. She not only makes me look good but also makes me feel amazing. She fills my time there with laughter, confidence, expert hair assistance and an overall a great time. Thanks charm!
Charm Salon is AWESOME! Shelby knows exactly what I need and always exceeds my expectations! (Jess is my daughter’s stylist and is a true GEM as well)! Each stylist there is so fun, kind, welcoming and funny! I have the BEST conversations when I go there! It’s my mini-vacation from everyday life! This salon does not disappoint! Thanks, Alyssa for finding such a great team! ????
Charm is by far the best salon I have ever been to. Always so clean and just a wonderful environment! Kayla has always done my hair and it has never been a disappointment. Kayla is so down to earth and just amazing in every way i love her!! ????????
