Fantastic!Steve and Co. bend way over backwards to accommodate every concern...in terms of auto body repair and service..Charlton City is one of the best kept secrets of Central Mass.
Steve and his crew did a great job fixing some rust on my beloved MINI Cooper. The color match was outstanding. The work was not only on time, it was right on target with the estimate he gave me at the beginning. I definitely recommend his services!
Highly recommend! Quick turnaround, honest appraisal and estimate. Super friendly and quick to return my phone calls. Steve, Jenna, and the rest are an amazing team who will take care of your concerns, completed work is exceptional!
Steve repaired my 2013 Lexus perfectly one day earlier than promised for the quoted price. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or refer a friend. Thank you

The folks at Charlton City Autobody came highly recommended. Their service didn't disappoint! From frequent updates on repairs, liason service with the insurance company, to going above and beyond to restore our little convertible Mini back to like new, we couldn't have been better served or more pleased!
I've seen some of their work and it's amazing. Best auto body shop in central mass! They do their work as fast and neat as possible and never mess anything up and always get the best reviews.
These folks are wonderful. Twice my car was damaged in a parking lot; once when I wasn't there, and then again when I was in the car! Both times they were fair, honest, and quick. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
