They saved my hair! Made the mistake of trying to lighten my hair on my own at home with color stripper which DESTROYED my hair. Charlotte Rouge was able to get me in for a same day appointment and not only saved my hair, but had me leave feeling beautiful and full of confidence!
I’ve been going here for about 3 years now after switching from my previous hairstylist. Natalie Petersen always does a FANTASTIC job with the coloring, the cutting, & the conversation! Granted I knew her daughter before I knew her but her work has never disappointed me! My boyfriend & I started making our hair appointments like a date! I would get the color put in my hair & while I was processing she would cut his & then we would wash & style me! Natalie is always so sweet & is always willing to work around the schedules. Natalie puts in WORK when it comes to her clients & she always makes sure to hit every single mark! The other ladies are always so kind & polite & welcoming as well & they’re never afraid to tell you how beautiful the color is when they’re walking by! It’s such an uplifting environment that is well worth the money every single time!! I’ve attached some photos of Natalie’s work from over the years with me as well!
Absolutely LOVE my hair!! My stylist did such a fantastic job. Plus the hair wash was so nice. I definitely recommend this salon! Super cute inside too! Good atmosphere.
I cannot describe how awesome and sweet the staff and owner are!!! We came from south Alabama. We had made an appointment for my 90 year old mom to have her hair done for her “wedding” at the church in Fairbanks that she and my dad got married in 70 years ago. The whole family came to Fairbanks and they renewed their vows there. We wanted mom to look beautiful and Charlotte Rouge was the perfect choice! Paris was soooo sweet, took her time with my mom and asked me lots of questions to make sure it was perfect. Then, the owner came out and treated my mom like royalty as well. I wish we could fly mom here every week for her weekly appointment. She said she liked it better than any of the beauticians have done down here. ???? I love this salon and the people. They are a blessing. Fairbanks, you are lucky to have them! ????
I loved getting my hair done here. I came in blonde and came out with exactly what I wanted and asked for. As for the price it wasn't cheap but you know what you get when you get a cheap haircut... a haircut that looks cheap. I had no problem paying what was asked and the price was made clear to me upfront. My stylist put in hours of work and it turned out gorgeous. Well worth it and the salon is gorgeous and fun inside.

The ladies here are absolutely lovely and will take care of you! I decided to go from long hair to almost pixie cut but Paris made sure I had done short hair previously, before she cut anything. She even showed me how she was styling it so I'd know what to do at home. Best ladies in town!
