Best WLM Reviews
The best soft serve spot in south Florida. Perfect for a late night treats and the best part is they only have three flavors no need to spend hours to decide what to get. It is affordable and taste much better than any soft serve you can find around or even at fast food chain. Highly recommend
Best Quality Cheapest ice cream in South Florida. If you fly into Miami International this is a must go. 6 mins from the airport. I got the Wednesday soft serve regular waffle bowl for $3.39. They also have scooped hand packed ice cream as well! Many different flavors.
I stop by here often whenever I am wanting something sweet. Today I ordered a banana split. It was fresh and delicious! This is an awesome spot with yummy ice cream, friendly service, and great prices. Definitely recommend!
some of the best ice cream i’ve ever had and pricing is phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back.
Took my son here this afternoon. Absolutely loved it. Great service and the owner is extremely kind and personable. Thank you for the great experience. Will be back again!
Really good ice cream! We love it so much. Amazing customer service from Ketty, she is the best!
I've visited this ice cream shop multiple times, hoping for better service, but unfortunately, the experience consistently falls short. The staff's attitude is consistently rude, and they seem disinterested in helping customers. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a service-oriented business. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for the sake of future patrons. I love to get chocolate soft serve and they are almost always out of it.
***UPDATE 2/17
I’m changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I came back and the girl who served us was very polite and smiled. My main problem was customer service, but it seems the owner addressed the situation. Chocolate soft serve was working today and was delicious.
Great Experience !!! Went there on Thursday and had one of the best ice creams and the staff were super nice and patient Sol was the one who took my order and the experience couldn’t be any better defiantly going again !
