I was contacted by Michael who was courteous and professional in wanting to make right "a bad experience" I had with Charlie's in the past. After agreeing to a "second chance opportunity " I brought my 2008 Ford 250 in to have a check engine light scanned. I was pleasantly surprised that mechanic "T" diagnosed the problem while I waited. It was a glowplug that needed replacing. The suggestion was made to replace all 8 which was good advice as they were all original. The repair was made in a timely manner and I had my truck back the next day! Thank you Charlie's! Job well done! Note: I asked for a photo of the old glow plugs which Michael sent right away...this being my first diesel truck I had no idea what they looked like:) Again great Job!

We were in town for the night and took our jeep in for some rattling noises. They were able to see us in a timely manner! They were honest. It ended up not being anything mechanical and they tied down the rattling, took it for a drive to make sure it was taken care of and gave us a few things that may need some work down the line. We appreciated their thoroughness, knowledge and honesty! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Came in to replace a blown out fuel pump on my RV and the part wouldn't be in until the following Monday. They allowed me shoreline hook-up and storage of the RV on site at no extra charge since my generator was also out. They were extremely sincere and caring and the shop employees were a blast to chat with during the repair process. They worked quick and very efficiently. Will absolutely hit them up next time I pass through New Mexico in the future. These guys know their stuff!

Jake was extremely helpful, honest and professional. He helped me and my family out when I was in a bind. If I didn't live 1700 miles away, I would use him for all my vehicles and equipment. I can not say enough good things about him and Charlie's Fleet Service!

I have to leave this review cause this place saved my family and me! We are driving across country from California to Oklahoma and broke down a few miles from Charlie's, not a good day. I called a few places and was told by a few people where i was that Charlie's was the best so we contacted them. They had a tow truck to us within an hour and was able to get my whole family safe and out of the snow, they even drove us, our dog and our bags to our hotel! They've stayed in contact with me and they are DEFINITELY taking care of us!! Yesterday was a hard day for my family but all the guys here have really saved us. Can't recommend them enough, if you are just driving through town or you live in the area Jake and everyone here will treat you like family!! And that's hard to find these days!

Lost a wheel bearing around midnight the other night on our way home to Oklahoma. Searched the area and found the shop with the best reviews and Charlies was it. Had the truck towed off the highway to the shop and slept in it till the shop opened at 8 am. Talked to Jake, told him what our problem was. Rather than change just the one I asked that they change them both. They also went thru the truck and greased, lubed and looked over everything. Had us back on the road in a couple hours! Professional! Prompt! And sensitive to our situation being stranded. Couldn't ask for a better breakdown experience.

I started using Charlies almost 20 years ago when Charlie diagnosed with a simple fix, and one quick look, what I had spent 2 thousand at International trying to resolve. I have taken my big International and my pickup and all my cars to them ever since. I have found them to be completely honest and fair in all my dealings with them. They have had to rebuild things on the antique International and salvage parts sometimes to keep me running. They always try to save me money. As a single gal I am in good hands with them. Over the years I have seen them help people crossing the country who are always concerned about going to someone they don't know. Those folks are lucky they ended up there...they couldn't be with a more honest shop. There's a guy above who talked about 2K of diagnostics and rated them poorly. Since I feel like family, I asked about it and they said they had no idea who that was, and do not recall any such transaction. There is no such billing in the computer records. So don't let that run you off. These are good people. When you can keep a customer for 20 years you know you are doing something right!!

Broke down on the interstate, not quite positive what the trouble was but they were confident on the phone with my lamens terms of an explanation. The mechanic showed up with parts in hand and got us back on the road in no time, he knew what he was doing, no monkeying around. If you want quality work, and to not have to worry, these are the guys to call. They are friendly, reasonable and patient, they know their stuff and were very professional.
