Stopped here to eat lunch/breakfast while on vacation nearby. Portions were good sized, everyone said their food was good. The French toast was the best I’ve ever had. If you find yourself nearby you should definitely stop.
Excellent breakfast! They whipped up some fresh sausage gravy for the biscuits when they had run out. The biscuits were fluffy. The pancakes had a lovely crispiness. The bacon had great flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order. The hash browns were just ok, though. They were very kind and offered a few tourist recommendations. We're coming back before we leave town!
We were traveling to Branson for spring break and spent the afternoon at Top of the Rock and found this little gem of a diner afterwards. We ordered some breakfast and dessert items and everything was fantastic. The strawberry shortcake was our top pick.
Live really close and love getting food from here. They always have good specials and lots of appetizers available (I love the fried pickle chips). They also have several homemade dessert options as well. Make sure you have cash to pay tho. Service is always good and friendly.

The food was amazing. Perfect little small town cafe. Everyone there knows each other. Prices are a steal. We ate lunch with fried pickles and took desserts to go. We might go back since we are staying only 30 minutes away while on vacation.
I get small towns, we live in one but just being nice goes a long way. When I asked if they had half and half, “nope” - when I asked if I could get 1 piece of French toast, “nope, that will confuse her” (her, the cook?) Bacon was so crunchy it tasted like pork rinds. Maybe they deep fry? I don’t know but we’re in the area all week and will drive a little further to support another local restaurant that can simply be kind.
Small local restaurant, in a very small town, where all the locals eat. Wanted to get away from the Branson area on our visit and this place was the perfect spot. Went here for lunch. The staff was friendly and service was very good and fast. The food was good, with good size portions for a good price. I would recommend this place as a getaway from Branson.
