This was my first time here, I was told by my wife that it awesome. Well today I gave it a shot and was super impressed. I got a chili cheese dog, a chili cheese burger and it was fantastic. The service is one of if not the fastest I've ever received and the atmosphere is awesome, alot to look at. Highly recommend, I don't give out 5 stars often.
Food was very mediocre. The burgers ate sad looking and the frito pie was not good. The chili they used for it wasn't good. Diner was dirty. The window (especially the drive through window) and door frames were gross. It needs a good deep cleaning in there. There was a male server there that was very friendly and accommodating. The brunette female server was lack luster. I have no desire to eat there again.
In and out pretty quickly for lunch. It’s got a nostalgic feel. Ordered two dogs, a sweet relish and one chili and cheese. The chili was good and the relish was packed on. The price was fairly inexpensive as well, you won’t break the bank.
They are always busy, but you can tell they care about getting your food to you. It's always so hot and so yummy. I can't resist the cheese dog with chilli and light onions and a pink lemonade. {I wish there was a diet pink lemonade option}.
This place is in its own league! Among the best road kept secrets along the journey!
Always great food! The young man that took my order was super friendly! I can't wait to get back in town to have a couple more slaw dogs!!
My fave guilty pleasure. The no frills, no fancy, cheap and easy hamburgers and hot dogs are the best! I can't explain Charlie joseph's to anyone. You just have to go and experience it yourself. I always get a chili cheeseburger and a chili cheese hot dog with a large diet coke and a bag of lays classic chips. ???? literally the best! My brother had the slaw dog and said the sweet slaw was really good.
Delicatessen style seating. Almost any kinda hotdog you can imagine. Excellent service and Staff... indeed, go try and you'll see! ????????
