Pepper steak was burned gravy taste like soy sauce I alway get pepper steak but tonight I can tell it was rushed Mac and cheese barley had cheese on elbows i traveled far so disappointing
Great service & good food. I am glad that I stopped by while visiting. The music was louder than I'd like and I couldn't order online, but overall a good experience. I will return nxt again

Environment is peaceful and the music helps…. Waiting for our food… So I’ll be back 10:19 2/1/24
10 minutes later… been waiting for our food for over an hour to have it come out and be unsatisfactory… waiting another 35minutes not a lot of ways to deal with this shortcoming except to say I will never order food from this location again and would never recommend anyone to do so either.
Nice neighborhood bar/hang out spot. Good food always, drinks are decent, and the live DJ is always good.
I didn't get to try the food due to arriving after the kitchen closed, but you could still smell it in the air. Smelled beautiful. The bar tender was really nice and the music was lit. Very chill spot, cant wait to try the soul food next time.
My first time there and it was nice, I know the owner but didn't know he owned it, the waitress was very nice, the wings great, it's my new spot.
Bomb food. We ate our food in all of its entirety to the point where other people noticed us enjoying how good it was ???? this food is the kind of food that will heal a broken heart 10/10
I got instant mashed potatoes y'all!! Who serves instant mashed potatoes at a soul food place?!?! The string beans had the nutrition cooked out of them! Bread was hard, with garlic butter thrown on it. My daughter asked if it was white folks attempting to make soul food! We were not happy at all!! I tried to support black businesses. I will not eat here again.......disappointed
