When me and my friends when to this location in kings plaza with little money we only bought 1 order of bacon and cheese fries. Af tree r we finished they bought out a free Order on the house. Not only was the customer survive amazing the food and vibe of the whole establishment was phenomenal
The staff of this branch & specially the branch manager is quite friendly, proactive and efficient. Gourmet cheese fries are a must try for anywhere at Charleys Philly Steaks, original lemonade is also a superior choice They prepare the food exactly what’s on the advertisement. Affordable price and satisfying experience with their service.
The food was meh. Serving size of meat and stuff added onto food were minimal. Likely to save costs. what else do you expect from a food court franchise.
Service was nice and quick. However won’t make it good enough to come back.
I went in first week of Sept 2023, to the Charlie's Restaurant in Kings Plaza Brooklyn New York my son had gone to the one on Staten Island New York and was very happy with it so he said let's try the one in Brooklyn I went into the restaurant and ordered two large cheese steak sandwiches the biggest ones for $11.99 which is fine they're pretty good price then we upgraded the combo for $3.48 for Basket of Fry's and regular soft drink. When it came time to pay their sandwiches were two at $11.99 fine but the combos price were at $5.58, clearly $2 more, I was being charged $4 extra dollars instead of $3.48. At $5.48 I was told by the cashier that because it was a large sandwich the prices more expensive and I said look behind your head at the sign there is no mention of different prices, it shows a picture of a Basket French Fry Basket and a medium soft drink and it says above $3.48 upgrade combo, I do not expect to pay an additional $2, she therefore reduced it $1 to $4. 48 and again I said $3.48, let's get the manager here, the cashier was dumbfounded, did not know how to react to this, the manager on the other hand, was even worse, turned around and looked at me and he said well it's a larger order, I said no, your sign does not say anything about change in combo price, this is the same like Burger King or McDonald's, it's a combo price, that's what I'm going to pay, it doesn't matter if I got medium or large it's the same price unless you list it that all the customers can see, otherwise that's bait and switch, or false advertising. you know better, so he turned around and said fine and change the price of $3.48 but said your fries can't be in a basket they have to be in a small cup. I looked at him and I said I don't understand the picture shows clearly a french fry basket and it says regular size soft drink but he said no it's it comes only with extra small fries at that price and he got me the extra small cup and put eight to nine maybe 10 pieces of french fries in there, it was ridiculous! The rest of the restaurant, that I noticed that every table got regular size fries we got these baby cup fries I don't want to argue I paid it that's why I'm making a complaint. I expect something to become of this, the truth is I expect a full refund, I do have the receipt and I can upload it to you guys, this is so inappropriate I couldn't believe it, this is how the restaurant handles this, I think it's this particular restaurant, this particular manager, I pay full price for the sandwiches and I paid full price for the combo which was $3.48 and I got mistreated we sat down we enjoyed the food, the sandwiches themselves were I will say neutral it could have been made a lot better my son said the one in Staten Island was far superior The Charley restaurant really made a good looking sandwich, well put together. The one in Brooklyn, extremely sloppy and missing peppers and everything else anyway. Get in touch with me. I like to know how you guys would Rectify situation like this with customers. Thank you.
I was excited to try this loction since my last experience in brooklyn was horrible. Maybe it just peoples they hire there. My boyfriend and I were looking at the menu. The lady looks at use with so impatient tipping the foot, and her body language looks like she wishes we hurry up. Then she didn't listen or didn't care because
my boyfriend and i ask for two chicken Philly cheese steak. One was buffalo, and one was regular chicken. She gave us one chicken, Bufflo, and one philly cheese steak. No one even asked for philly cheese steak to make matters worse. She did ask what size we wanted? She just put in larger, she didn't ask if we wanted fries or a drink or if we want anything else she just start telling told us the price we liked damn hold on. Overall, I never ever go to Charleys in brooklyn. The employee is just rude and doesn't listen ???? yall need to bring the one in Manhattan back. They have upstanding customer services.

Food here is seriously good. I can never get tired of the chicken California. I know it looks a bit tiny, but it's really worth it to stop by here
I have tried so many fast food restaurants, but I must say the service provided here was creditable. The staffs were nice, Specially I must say the General manager Tarek he is so friendly and very nice man .and the seating area was clean. Amazing food, tasted really fresh. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with cheese fries was amazing. I would definitely visit back more.
